  1. Past hour
  2. They did have the advantage of using the feet they trained kicking a ball with since the age of 5.
  3. For being pretty shite, hes done alright has Stevie
  4. Another chance to gain on those around us if we can win. Hibs v Hearts tomorrow night amd then Rangers v Hearts at the weekend when we play Aberdeen at Fir Park.
  5. Aye , but higdon and moult didn't have the advantage of using their hands or not for stevie woods. Only goalie ive ever seen that played with his hands in his pockets. Useless prick.
  6. This would be a good game for our new forward to start scoring. Regardless, if our players are on their game, we are better than rangers!!
  7. Listened to JBA press conference. Guy is absolutely brilliant, fears no one and gives the press no ammo. Would be immense if we could win on Wednesday then let's just take it one game at a time
  8. Today
  9. One advantage of our high possession stats is the lack of opportunity for VAR involvement. Obviously kicks in when there is a goal scored, but otherwise it helps keep the incompetents at arm's length.
  10. Good job you're not our current manager who likes the environment to be a "safe space" (to use KBA's own words) where players aren't afraid to make mistakes.
  11. Well if Stephen Welsh runs across the goal line to slap a certain goal bound ball away with the palm of his hand, let's hope John Beaton makes the same honest mistake he made at Ibrox against Livingston. These things swing in roundabouts after all. 😉
  12. Steven McLean the referee for this one and John Beaton on VAR. A pre-made excuse for the dribbling dafties and conspiracy theorists. ”Brother Beaton would never have given that decision if it was up the other end” etc
  13. Bit like when you fart in a lift?? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  14. Aye. An uncharacteristic miss from The Cobra. Gordons save from Moult in the 2017 League Cup Final is up there. Not really a miss as such, as it was good hit/save, but if it had gone in, it could well have changed the dynamic of that game.
  15. Coyne away in Dortmund is the sorest striker miss that immediately comes to mind.
  16. Every player makes mistakes. It's just that when you're a keeper, they lead to goals more often. When you're a Moult or a Higdon, your mistakes also cost goals at the other end, but people tend to forget those.
  17. Also add the cup tie in 1995 when for first time in his career he raced off his line by about 20 yards and got chipped
  18. I’ll never forgive Woods for that Rangers mistake. It was ridiculous and unavoidable at so many levels.
  19. Two of my Favourite Stevie Woods efforts Playing at Home to Killie in a relegation battle . Their keeper boots it long, Phillibin (I think ) sees it going long leaves it for the Keeper Woods comes out the ball bounces between them goes over Stevie's head into the net. Another in our relegation struggles in the dying minutes, he goes to boot the ball long and belts it off Billy Dodds arse and the ball ends up in the net ... And the Rangers one is stuff of legend.
  20. No he was signed a week after Kettlewell had resigned as cover for Balcombe.
  21. Could see this coming. Their constant ads on the radio have ceased coupled by the radio silence on the castle "restoration" .
  22. For someone who predicts that we will get beat most weeks, I find this kind of positivity quite refreshing! 😍😍😍
  23. Did he sign Ward too? He's turned out at the least a good signing
  24. It’s easy to see why Craigan was part of the team that had our worst run against Rangers with that attitude. “We used to go to Ibrox scared”? Come on to f@@k. Whatever happens on Wednesday night there is no way that JBA will allow any of the players to go into the game with that nonsensical attitude.
  25. Seeing the draw only reinforces my belief that St.Mirren will go all the way. One of the OF won’t be in the Semis, Hearts and Hibs are already gone, ourselves or Aberdeen won’t be there and they have a perfect draw which they will almost certainly win, so that’s them in the Semis Finals. As for us, if we get past Aberdeen then that’s a tough one. We’ve fallen to Championship sides away from home twice in the past few years and Dunfermline will rightly fancy themselves in that tie with a big home crowd and Neil Lennon knows how to win big games. I think it’ll be academic anyway as I don’t think we’ll beat Aberdeen.
  26. That’s nice to know dear. But I care. Okay? Artichoke. Cholmondeley. Pedigree CHUM. I care.
