I remember being at that game. St John nearly broke the cross bar with a header.
-
Unless they win it, of course... then we're rich!
-
Acording to Lanarkshire Live (the Rancid) his expected total payment is about £290K, of which we'd receive about £190K.
-
Heard they'll come as a package deal to help with our European games 😂
-
Apologies, should have put that on ins and outs
-
I thought we might be in bad shape transfer wise but it looks like Hearts are having a summer clearout Kent, shankland, benigimi Nelson and Forrest so far. I thought that Beni guy was excellent.
-
I'd be surprised if the Trivago ad wasn't shown in Australia. It was never off the telly here in the US during half time of every EPL game.
-
You'd probably be wrong but he doesn't seem to be in the recent ones.
-
I read that the payment is pro-rated amongst the clubs that a player was registered with during the past 2 years. So, without a deal, we'd only be eligible for around half. If we did make a deal to pass it all on to his previous club, it's a great idea to help pay for a player.
-
I think that was one of your rasher statements......
-
There was talk of the Just WC money going to his previous club as part of his transfer agreement. Unsure on how accurate that is though
-
It's a travel booking company, he does the TV commercial for them, you probably don't get it in Oz
-
Assuming New Zealand go out at the group stage I'd guess at last half of that money will be/has already been allocated to cover his own transfer fee.
-
Did he no Hogg the ball?
-
Trivago!
-
Strange in that he was deemed not good enough to warrant a run in the team, at a time when we were playing like dog sh*t. I have seen him play for Auckland FC and the All Whites and he is no world beater, but he is a half decent fullback who offers more, defensively, than Longello but is nothing like as good going forward. His inclusion in the NZ squad was no surprise and that, probably, should give you an idea as to the strength and depth of their squad.

Did he say that after using Trivago? 🤪

Ye I think time to move on now. We cant change anything now

25yrs too late

Conor Sammon hangs up his boots age 39.

How much do we get for Just going to the World cup seen someone on twitter say it was like 10K a day if that's the case we'd make about 200K which is not bad to be fair. Also seen Callan Elliot made the NZ WC squad what a strange signing he was.
-
Me neither. Think it'll be a lot easier to go back to researching the life of B. Traven: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/B._Traven 🤣😂🤣
-
You can tell there's not much going on at Fir Park when we've resorted to a forensic examination of throw in feet!

Bobby Hogg (a winger)played a few games for us in 1967 before moving to Stenny then Australia, where he ended up being capped a good few times. Before us he played one game for Hibs The 1967 Testimonial against Rangers featured most of their Cup Winners Cup final side beaten by Bayern Munich. Roger Hynd (my PE teacher) being one of them. Wellnet gives Hogg summary. My first game was in 1966 but other than the name I cannot recall seeing Hogg play.

This David Hogg reference to playing for us isn't reflected in his Wiki page: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Davie_Hogg There was a Bobby Hogg who played for MFC but that was a little later. Somethin' ain't right.........
