We have definitely done a lot of great work but as JBA keeps reminding us amd we all know, we have to keep up and improve over the last 11 games COYW!!!!

I think 13 of the 18 we gave up in the first round of fixtures

Only Hearts (3), Celtic (3), Killie (2), Falkirk (2). After that we have never lost more than 1 goal in any league game. Thats bonkers.

We lost 3 goals in two early games against Hearts and Celtic. So can’t be many other games that we have lost more than one goal across the season.

JT been a bit on the quiet side of late so tomorrow would be a good time For him to burst back into life. I’d Like to see us try a different kick off tactic. Just give the ball to Said and let him have a go at dribbling thru the opposition to score 😃

1 defeat in 19 league games. And even that was the game at Ibrox where we should have had at least a point. We have only conceded 5 goals in the league since the League Cup semi final. Thats 17 league games. Given we have only lost 18 league goals in 27 games so far that means we lost 13 of those in the first 10 games before the semi final. The semi final was a sore one, but Jens has clearly learned from that defeat and tweaked the system. United have some dangerous players up top, but they will have to commit bodies in the press to get the better of us which should leave them more open at the back. Could be a very good game!

I think it was pretty clear to most of us even by September that we had a diamond in our hands & he would be leaving sooner rather than later & wouldnt be due to us sacking him. Just got to enjoy it and hope we have a background team capable of sooking up his knowledge. This is a game we should be winning but I noticed a couple of things. Our pattern of results is 2 wins, a draw, 2 wins, a draw, 2 wins..... So I decided to look and see when we last won 3 matches in a row and was surprised that it was way back in September 2023. Hopefully that stat gets updated at the weekend!

Yes money talks and bigger clubs can offer a lot more than us, but thats only part of the deal, as we all know the atmosphere at either of the ugly sisters is toxic, especially Celtic, so i agree i dont think JBA would move to parkhead. We all know he will move on eventually, but for me it will be to a club that aligns with his values or he gets a chance at a really big club, a category that neither of the ugly sisters are in. He is obviously very happy with all aspects at Motherwell both on and off the pitch, so he may see us as a longer term project,for domestic and European sucess, a Scottish Bodo Glimpt, so lets just continue to enjoy this season and see where we end up
