Perhaps, if/when we qualify for Europe we can firm things up and hopefully keep JBA for another season which could hopefully convince the majority of our preferred players to also to stay here for another season.
-
I dont think the club would stand in the way of any of our sellable assets if a good offer came along, one who might also go is Ward, a keeper who's had 20 clean sheets is a rare commodity in any league. if Jens stays and Mas and however many others go and we get the expected £M’s I'm sure the club will give him a decent increase in funds n wages whilst still being prudent. id love them all to stay with extended contracts but reality calls..

The Pars "could easily" afford to pay a 6 figure fee for him.
-
JT needs to end the season with a bang and start scoring a few goals again to keep his stock up and hopefully end up top scorer in the SPFL
-
Ox may be allowed to leave if another club is interested. Can't imagine it being anything other than a free transfer.

Ooh interesting, thank you very much, that's actually the day of my 50th.

I think Maswanhise will be sold. Welsh will go back to Celtic and be sold or put out on loan again. If we could get him back without breaking the bank great, but more likely we are looking at another player we can develop/sell on. Of those OOC. Gordon, Halliday, Robinson, Nicholson I would let go. Koutroumbis and Slattery Id offer new deals, albeit Slattery will probably move on. Just, Watt & Fadinger will all attract attention, so good to hear Jens say, they wont all be sold at the same time. I think there has probably been a conversation with JT assuring him that we wont step in his way in the summer. The rest will depend on the bids received. But we are undoubtedly in the driving seat. Particularly if we get a good fee for JT. Looking forward to a positive window with a net gain in cash and squad depth.

I really hope that in terms of outgoings this is a really quiet thread

Gonna be really interesting to see how Jens approaches this one. Obviously we have issues at full back with Longelo suspended and Koutroumbis injured. I do wonder if we might go 3 at the back again with Sparrow and Luca Ross as wing backs? Or will we see McGhee get a start? If we go with wing backs do we play Eythor and get crosses into the box and give Hibs something different to think about? Good to hear Just is fit and should start. Slattery has looked good the last few weeks so probably Said to drop out if we need to shake up the midfield. Over to you Jens!

It's that time again, where we look forward to a new season and discuss who's getting punted, how much we're getting for them, and who we're bringing in. Let the rumours and nonsense begin.

We look up when the ball is in the air We look down when the ball is on the ground brilliant 😂

Yup same pish from scottish journos,

Really loving the Jens interviews. Our players will be sold, because thats our model. But they will be sold for a fee that we believe benefits the club AND most importantly, they wont all be sold at the one time. Basically, no chance of a wholesale clearout in the close season. Top man.

Another great polished Jens presser, great answers about ignorant Steve Clarke and the transfer rumours by the rancid media, but the positive thing to come out of the Scottish guys non pick is that they have a chance to recharge and go again for the run in and clinch 3rd place ahead of the blue uglies. Im hoping that we all head to Fir Park on Saturday ‘n raise the roof for the team n get that result over Hibs and “Stand up for Motherwell” and ditch the negativity. CMYW!!!!

Another Thursday, another great listen - especially his closing answer, even if some don't feel the same way.

Happened to watch the 3 of these on BBC and i thought our bunch came over really well. Which to be honest didn’t come as a surprise. Even as an old fud I recognise their importance in creating an atmosphere and a bit of colour and I do view they do a lot for the community, as well as a lot for the young people attending games. as much as some of it was a bit cringey, in particular the the wee Simon Murray lookalike youtuber, in general it was fine and gave a good account of Motherwell as a club and as a fanbase.

Also back on topic, beat Hibs, consolidate 4th and chase down Hearts for third as I fully expect them to collapse.

Don’t agree with that at all. He has totally transformed the national side and Hampden is the hottest ticket in town. He has brought Miller into the team and done the same with Hickey, Doak and now Curtis. If someone said we would get a manager that qualified for 3/4 tournaments he competed in would bite your hand off for that.

Im suprised anyone outwith his favourites turn up. Clarke is everything that is wrong with the Scottish game.
