Everything that can be said about the penalty decision has been said but in the cold light of day, it doesn’t impact on our pursuit for 4th. I’d rather focus on another outstanding performance and I’m just gutted that we haven’t signed off on one of the best ever seasons at Fir Park with at least a point - I actually thought we were going to nick all three. I’ve been one to slightly criticise our points tally against the top 6 but that’s possibly a little unfair. When you reflect on our 12 games against the top three, we’ve went toe to toe every time and just lacked that wee bit of luck, composure or quality to see us over the line. Onto Easter Road. It would be a travesty if we don’t finish 4th and get the opportunity to celebrate the achievement with such a memorable team while wishing a fond farewell to those that will inevitably progress to a higher level over the summer.

A great season compared to other seasons, without doubt, but not compared to the high standards we've set and produced for 90% of this season. To potentially end behind a bog standard Hibs team is frankly a very poor return for this season, irrespective of how it compares to other season.

Before the game, three guys in the Hunter stand jumped over the wall at the halfway line and onto the pitch, then ran down the touchline and into the South stand, with no police or stewards in sight. A bunch of Celtic fans also managed to get in to the South stand pre-match from the corner where the beer garden is. Presumably they jumped over someone's garden wall/fence.

Every game is important , I talking about games that can define our season. To finish 5th for the football we've played and the standards we've set is frankly a miserable return. Sure if we measure it against previous seasons 5th is terrific but that's not our benchmark our benchmark has been our standards throughout this season and frankly the possibility of being pipped by a Hibs team who have been nothing special this season is pretty poor ending in my book.

If one thing came out of tonight for me it's finally made my mind up that Ill never be back to a Celtic game. Their fans really are absolute animals. I've just left my son who is a wheelchair user and sits with me in the disabled shelter still traumatisd because the scumbags who invaded the park from the main stand nearly came through the roof of the shelter. 2 got onto the park and were huckled by the stewards but were throwing punches as they were led out to the gate. One guy fell off the roof onto his back and looked to have seriously injured himself. I'll visit the zoo now when we're at home to Celtic as the animals there are better behaved. Worst penalty decision I've ever seen. Always laughed at Rangers fans when they said the League is corrupt but I'm now beginning to think they're onto something.

I thought Sparrow was excellent tonight. He showed great touch and close control time and time again.

I know it was frustrating tonight, but I have seen us end the season, 2nd, 3rd and 4th multiple times, qualify for Europe multiple times, and even win a cup at the end of a season. Not to mention Craig Reid day at Pittodrie. If you're expecting that every season, of course, you'll be disappointed, but if we didn't win important games we'd be fighting St Mirren for 11th.

I agree up to a point but even finishing 5th would be an amazing achievement. It will be an interesting contest on Saturday. Hibs are the better all round team but we are the better footballing side.

Exactly he hasn't looked interested since all the talk of a transfer,the last thing we need is more speculation over the summer and hes still with us at the start of next season,him and said are like playing with 9 men when there both in the team.

Tom Sparrow was fantastic this evening he gets my vote.

We played well in spells and deserved a draw. However we gave Celtic too much freedom around our box. Nygren's goal was well taken but he had far too much time and space to pick his spot.

No one will put a decent offer in for him . He has reverted to type, a fast striker in the wrong place and always on the wrong foot and a yard short in position. He was lucky to be in a good team playing well to score the goals he has . Won't be missed.

Having seen some of the video clips, I’m not sure how VAR amd Beaton can be 100% sure he played the ball with his hand. For me the big clue is how the ball went out for a throw, the flight of the ball would strongly suggest he headed it.

Probably in fact ( cup win apart ) my favourite season boys were unbelievable in the C&A , I laughed at the magic at times , bewildered by the football I saw , then establishment steps in
