Injuries didn't help last season plus the way Kettlewell had him playing. If it doesn't work out i will hold my hand up but I'm not giving up on him yet
- Today

Not a piss take or a criticism but when she mentioned that her brother seemed to have knowledge of the goings on at fir park the first person I thought of was you. Yes I do know you but I don't know your family situation.
-
I'm very much of the same view. A successful forum needs all manner of views. It's important not to be an echo chamber. Some posters are optimists and some are pessimists. Most are somewhere in between. All views should be welcomed providing they adhere to message board rules.

Maybe, but Wenger had the privilege of a large squad, which allowed him to take that approach with new signings. We donโt have that privilege.
-
He probably does it deliberately to noise people up on here, probably pissing himself laughing at the state some people get into on here.
-
Why do folk on here get so animated about MJC's predictions. So what if he thinks we will get beat every game, its that's his opinion that's his opinion. Be a bloody dull world if we all thought alike.
-
Arsene Wenger says a new player needs a 6 month stint in the first team to 'come good' - and that's if they have moved from a team in the same league. Longer if they are from a different league. Maybe he's right.
-
If a so-called top-level striker needs squad competition plus the time and patience heโs already had to โcome good,โ then perhaps he wasnโt top-level to begin with. His contract alone should be motivation enough, or maybe he simply isnโt capable of reaching the level his signing implied.
-
I would keep Halliday if he is happy to stay. Obvious he isn't going to be a starter but we need a healthy squad plus his experience vital both on and off the pitch
-
My own view is I still feel Stama will come good, with Hendry now in it provides healthy competition
-
Drole, even for you. For someone who went a little overboard in claiming you know me a couple of seasons back you could answer your own question.
-
Defo not as fast as he used to be but still has the moves
-
If we move Haliday on let's make sure we get a younger replacement
-
People can make excuses for any player if they like as far as I'm concerned. He had a tough season last year for various reasons and I don't think it's in doubt that he puts a shift in. Hopefully the signing of Hendry will help too but there's a long way to go before the end of the season. He plays for Motherwell - I'll back him
-
You are very black and white when it comes to AP I'll stick to the grey right now and see what direction it turns. Is AP better than Connor Shields for example? Dismissing as shite doesn't tell a full picture.

Reverse something

If he flying to and from NZ, it's closer to 2 days each way not just a few hours and it's tiring.
-
Yeah, support can be offered by the club privately in order to avoid such a scenario.
-
The C is not for conflict ๐ฎ ๐
-
Och hush - everyone knows he's a Rangers fan - Hearts don't have a look in Im joking BTW Motherwell jambo conflict ๐๐๐
-
This is going to be a tough one. I would settle for a point tbh
-
So it's the first MJC derby of the season, a day when his inner Motherwell Jambo Conflict reaches fever pitch. A day when claret becomes maroon. Ordinarily, I'd be happy with bringing a point home from the capital but we need to start winning games, so 0-1.
-
The club made a post on twitter from the official account as did a few other clubs. I suppose it will depend what the families wishes are and maybe if they want folk to donate possibly to a charity or the hospital. I know a lot of fans of other clubs and Motherwell fans have tweeted support too. Id be happy to give a donation if the family wanted it
-
Not suggesting we should get into any sort of virtue signalling. But given the circumstances, it would be nice if we as a club/support could reach out in some way and show some support to Imrie and his family.....
