  1. Past hour
  2. Given the 2 completely different contexts, yes.
  3. 3 points behind us….game in hand but our managers sound & Aberdeen should sack theirs?
  4. People are up & down when he puts a run together then I’ll shift, genuinely hope he can but until then results are results we’re currently nowhere near a top 6 team ( i feel we should be despite motherwells punching above their weight chat ) when he produces that I’ll be 1st to say well done
  5. Robinson will be doing well to survive that.
  6. And you need to fight for the right to play it....... Allegedly.
  7. By fek yer a hard man to please. Movement and attitude totally different now that Faddy and Priestman are back. Still need to give Thor a run of games and Maswanhise needs to try for the full game .
  8. Nothings really changed in where the managers at missed the last couple being away so good to see positive results ( think we’re 5 points from 27 but could be wrong ) people making Dundee United out to be Barcelona as if it’s an incredible result a point st Mirren away capitulated Aberdeen capitulated Kilmarnock winning & capitulated St Johnstone capitulated today people questioning subs, defensively still fragile, attacking wise powderfuff when we charge up the table I’ll take chat all day, until then we’ve beat a shit st Mirren, drew with a shit st Johnstone & drew with a Jim Goodwin barcelonesque Dundee United for the record I hope people prove me wrong but this idea we’ve turned a corner is far from accurate
  9. A lot of good points there, as per my opinion on the AJ thread - gone to a jury's out status. He's stopped tinkering but there is some questionable subs at points - the more settled team has reaped benefits.
  10. Make it 4. Football is a funny old game....
  11. Hibs doing what Aberdeen done to us. Clinical finishes. 3 zip to Hibs. Robinson cant survive this.
  12. Robbo and Crags continuing to work their magic at Aberdeen.
  13. Agree 💯, playing berti vogts against sellik was bonkers 🤣🤣
  14. Posted at the same time GrizzlyG!
  15. I think rather than championing Johansen out - I've changed my opinion to a neutral status. He's made some horrendous teething errors e.g Vogts Celtic but we've been decent to watch the last three.
  16. Hopefully the heat off Alfred a bit. I have made my feelings clear and I am very much behind him and he needs time. Come January transfer window Hopefully he knows exactly what we need. Would rather be a well fan than a buddies or dons fan.
  17. With that strip we were due a break with a penalty
  18. There’s still time yet. We’re still generally pish. Four points from the last two games is fair enough, but both goals came from penalties and we struggle to score from open play. We’re still defensively weak, powderpuff up front and all too often resort to this passive, ceding-possession crap. The in-game management is questionable too, with some continually bonkers subs. And Vogt starting the Celtic game will forever remain one of Alfred’s most ridiculous decisions. Thirteen league games, three wins, four draws and six defeats. Pumped out of the League Cup at the first hurdle too. The European football was the one positive, but that was before Alfred got his way with the squad on the training pitch. For comparison, at the same stage of JBA’s tenure, we had four wins, seven draws and just two defeats from 13 league games. He didn’t have European football, but he did take us on a six-game League Cup run before St Mirren eventually pumped us out in the semi-final. I know comparisons with JBA will inevitably be dismissed as unfair, but that’s precisely why I’ve chosen their respective starts. This was before JBA had really got us up and running, so I’m not comparing Alfred’s current form with JBA once he’d established himself and got the team playing. I’m looking at how the two managers started. Objectively, it’s been a poor start domestically, and I remain unconvinced he’s the right man for the job. Some see progress, but looking at the bigger picture I don’t.
  19. Today
  20. Don't agree a draw was the correct result. Entertaining game against a good Dundee Utd Team.
  21. A decent point today and with my claret and amber goggles on would say we should have won, but at least we stopped that Fanny Goodwin getting 3 points. I thought we were lucky with the penalty and perhaps that’s our season’s gift from VAR, but all gifts greatly received and it’ll give the wee Fanny something to moan about. The last 4 games have seen much better performances, more desire, more supporting each other with options and 2nd ball success, and I feel that if Lady Luck shone on us a bit more we could have easily had 9 or 10 points out the 12. So on to another pain in the arse cheek international break but perhaps we will see the return of Lowry, Johnny K and a fitter Oscar and McGinn on the return. Much better Alfred but we can be better still!
