  2. Said will be back and Koutroumbis might get more minutes. Maybe an opportunity to give Knight - Lebel some gametime? That alone could freshen things up. A suggestion that Lowry went off with cramp but no idea about RCC. I wouldn't expect to see Williams on Sunday. Does anyone know whats wrong with Thor? He picked up an injury late last season and I had the impression that it was relatively "minor" but then got injured a few weeks ago. Is it connected? From AJ's comments I expected him to appear on the bench by now. Falkirk will be a tough nut to crack and last season they continually benefitted from that invaluable quality - good fortune. We'll see if their luck holds on Sunday.
  3. That's it , they care more about being the centre of attention than they do about the club. Personally I could live without the tifos( still dunno what it stands for) and the drum etc but can accept it brings atmosphere. The other stuff is just attention seeking knobbery.
  4. Anyone else likely to be back from injury? if not then need to manage minutes. Would take a draw and no injuries. Hope there was nothing lasting from last night injury-wise Some interesting decisions for the boss. With Johnny back what does he do with Sparrow who has the captains arm band? That might depend on how Lowry is. If he is injured then a 4-3-3 with sparrow into midfield? If we have a rested Said does he rest Vogt?
  5. Any win please. Keep the momentum up going into Thursday. Am i right in thinking win on Thursday & guaranteed > £1m? Massive game!

  7. It was interesting listening to Halliday recently pointing out the differences in Alfred's approach compared to JBA while, as he said, "keeping the DNA". Specifically, he mentioned that JBA loved to overload a side of the pitch, while Alfred seems to prefer wide players hugging the touchlines. I'm already onboard with Alfred, but if he manages to win this one I'm ready to give up my possessions and join the cult. He's already calling Falkirk our nemesis, so he knows the score. Also, as pundits go, I enjoy listening to Halliday as he obviously loves his tactics.
  8. Yup, 2nd half especially we demanded the ball . It's just great to watch
  9. They do but why do Scottish youngsters not want to be centre fwds or centre halfs any more, I know that's a bit of a generalisation but if you had much about you up front , they're is a gig for u at fp.
  10. Thought it was just me, I thought we played some really controlled stuff.
  11. Hopefully we avoid a fine but it really is getting frustrating. Tifo displays and support great but need to reign it in a bit
  12. Not to put a downer on a good night and 500 top class fans but the 100 that piled onto the park and bust an advertisement board need a boot in the baws. Thats a fine/potential ban coming!! We can’t be acting holier than thou when other certain fans do it when we are doing the same thing.
  13. Job done. Time to hump them at Fir Park now.
  14. Good result with decent 2nd half performance. Still a lot to do next week but definitely win able. pitch was horrendous and that’s being generous
  15. Good result after a much improved second half. Looking forward to the return leg where we will be favourites to progress, back at Fir Park, playing on a real pitch with real grass, not that 50% shredded tyres rubbish. We should have Said back, which will help going forward. Hopefully, RCC and Lowry have no worse than niggling injuries and we get Williams and one or two more back from the treatment table. It'll be a tough game, but we should have enough to progress.
  16. Shut the feck up and get a 3-0 hjk prediction in quick 🤣🤣🤣🤣
  17. It's ok, it's only the dickheads that think they are better fans than the rest of us.
  18. That's a decent result for us tonight but I think we'll struggle next week, we've got what now 12 senior players to get us through the next period of games. Lowry and RCC both coming off injured isn't helping our cause either. We played fairly well second half but first half we rode our luck and Paulsen made some good saves. I think tonight highlights the need for a few more signings maybe even an extra 1 or 2 than we originally planned for because we're down to the bare bones and the seasons barley just began.
  19. After losing Jens we were all concerned. Still very early days bit I am really enjoying the AJ revolution. Very positive and a really likeable guy. Not sure what input he is having in signings or if its all Nick Daws work but signings are looking really good. Yes will be ups and downs but its just great to be a well fan
  20. A great result that should ensure a bumper crowd next week. Pleased for those who made the trip.
  21. I said it before tonight but with a few coming off injured i think we start a few youngsters and also JKB. yes league is bread and butter but next Thurs is massive and we need our best fit xi out on pitch. Mind you said will be available plus Johnny K back
  22. Tough call between moormann and JGR who are looking like a great partnership, gave it to big Jake
  23. Only gripe that was a bit of a soft goal to loose pretty poor defending apart from that got to fancy our chances at getting a result at home. Don't think HJk are anything special tbh.
  24. Keeper and both centre backs solid but I went for Priestman in midfield. Yet again he was non stop and did au power of work.
  25. That was a great night and result and sets up a potentially huge night at Fir Park next week. I don’t want to tempt fate or be overly optimistic, but maybe…
