Does anyone know if tomorrow’s friendly will be available to watch similar to last season’s friendly?
-
He’ll come back with smashing teeth
-
I also enjoyed his advice about not just passing the ball the way your nose is pointing.
-
I'm looking forward to the outrage when we sign another midfielder who has just ended a miserable loan spell at one of our league rivals.
- Today
-
You would think. Has anyone from our game had a success of going to Turkey? Either in a playing capacity or actually getting their wages. Whether he goes or stays their is no denying we need players with experience in defence and midfield.
-
Good insight that video. Alot of youngsters on show. No sign of our more established players, ie Fadinger, Longelo, AP, Eythor, Said etc. Maybe Max was training them.
-
Very good training clip up on the socials. Alfie seems more keen to quickly transition to attack than Jens. Saying that ecerything else we do is in order to score goals. Also pointing out that if a shot is on, take it. If you're in the box and defence is backing off, why pass? Etc.

Does a player agreeing terms with a new club not generally come after the clubs agreeing a fee ??
-
Apparently he's already agreed terms with Samsunspor. He won't be featuring in the European ties if there is nearly £2 million quid on the line.
-
If Graeme Smith had been in goals for us that day we'd probably have lost 12-3.
-
Yeah, I thought Ruddy was much reduced in his second loan spell. He makes more mistakes in that 6-6 draw than Randolph made in his entire Motherwell career.
-
A Hallliday replacement in what sense? I liked him when he played, but I don't think he got any minutes last season.
-
7-10 initially sounded bonkers to me - until you outlined the players. In terms of those leaving , that looks about right to me and a decent amount of cash. I don't know that McGinn or Hendry ever likely to be back. McGinn too old to rely on as a regular (36 by time he's back) and Hendry looks to be a perm-a-crock. Im sure we'd have released him had he been fit. Replacing Just will be tough given he's a class act - Id love to see us bring Turnbull back but the salary is gap makes that a very long shot,
-
Speaking from experience of that mate? 🤣

Vogt you would assume is the Maswanhise replacement. Seems to be a plays across the front 3 type of attacker. Moorman replaces Welsh. He's Left footed and seems to be decent with the ball. I think we're probably still looking at another 7-10 signings before we're ready for the season: We need another CB at least maybe 2 McGinns out for months and McGhee is injury prone Need a LB. Would take James Furlong back if possible. Need a CM potentially. Need a Halliday replacement and potentially a Watt replacement if he's sold Need probably 2 attacking midfielders. Slattery is gone and Just will likely follow. Need a LW/RW what ever side we plan to use Vogt we need comp on the other side. Unless we think Luca Ross can make an impact. We need a ST. Bjorgolffson looks promising, Maswanhise is away realistically and Stamatelopolous will likely follow him out the door. Hendry looks like he'll be out for months so we need 1 potentially 2 Strikers in the door. I'd expect 5/6 to also leave - Just, Maswanhise, Watt, Stama, Oxborough, Wilson. 2/3 should be loans - CB can be cover until McGinn is back, ST to cover until Hendry is back, we have a decent track record of Loan LB signings. Gent, Furlong etc.

Certainly is.
-
Is that the Swiss 2nd division?
-
I did see a Maeda celtic shirt at the Scotland Haiti match, universally ridiculed by both sets of fans
-
Yeah bet they were their tops to weddings, funeral and universal credit reviews (apologies to genuine UC claimants) so they have a change of top
-
I honestly cannot think of a single pro football league club who holds onto a kit for more than one season. In fact, most change up their training and travel wear annually too. I don’t try to keep up
-
Hate to burst your bubble but you have to have been it to be past it

A couple of exciting signings. Vogt's stats look very good last season, though I don't know about the quality of the Swiss Challenge League. Regardless, 12 goals and 7 assists for a team that finished bottom of the league shows that he is capable of scoring and creating in a struggling team. That is much more difficult to do than creating and scoring in a successful team. Looking good. Martin Moorman seems like the perfect replacement for Welsh. Let's hope that both are fit, stay fit, and have successful spells at the Mighty Well. Hopefully the start of a very successful summer window. A long way to go, but it looks like a good start.

Valid point, best to go out on a high rather than one more season when past it 🤣🤣
