Well done again the team and manager. Yes we had a few under performers again, but we won as a team because some players made up for others mistakes. Naming players and abusing them on forums is not good, and we need to get behind the full squad between now and Tuesday.

Obviously there will be concerns, but there is no doubt the running of the club is within reach of the society. those who attended last night will have seen that we have a real say in the running of day to day decisions of the clubWe need to ensure that the reps are "in tune" with the majority of members

Looks like there might be a fundraising sub committee formed as this generated some good debate last night. Aims would be to increase individual membership, look at corporate memberships, and provide a route for additional contributions and income to be captured. The board also have the task of making the funds (which were due to be in the control of the society today) work for us to generate income from it. During the evening Leanne Dempster was very open in her responses to questions and I felt that she is aware that we as a Society deserved honesty and treated the members as part of the club. Early days but looks like the board have the commitment and drive to move things on.

£12 & £6 = sensible pricing. Season tickets are valid. Well done MFC. Lets get a result on Saturday and a good crowd for the replay

Painful at the end but would have settled for a replay prior to the match. Ideally a good performance against Ross County and sensible pricing for the replay to ensure a good noisy support to drive the boys on. We are doing well and many teams would be grateful to be still in the tie following a game at Pittodrie. Mon the 'Well

MFC TV talk team gave him a good report midway through 2nd half. Sounded like he was doing the right things and carried the ball when required and knew when row Z was the place to put it.

Tremendous result. Held on well and hope we can go on from this.

I think they do alright considering some of the professional guff we get on Sky etc

Higdon scores

No chance of us getting rid of Tom Hateley. He is an experienced full back with substantial appearances in Europe and in the SPL. He would get a game for a few other teams in our league, and would be difficult to replace in our small enough squad. He is a confidence player same as Jamie Murphy, amd would benefit from a bit of support from the stands instead of the criticism he currently gets. Time to stop moaning and get behind the players and Management.

Not a great game but have been to worse than that. Hearts started ok but were resigned to taking a point from half time. On another day one of our chances would have gone in and I think one goal would have won the match.

Hutchinson for me

I am hoping the lunchtime kick off for TV suits us this week. Lights were on at the park earlier tonight. I guess some work being done on the park after today's weather.

We owe them one after our display last year at Fir Park, and letting them off the hook when 3-1 up a Pittodrie.

Looked more like a stumble when running near the end of the match. Did not look in any real distress and was sitting with the rest of the team at the end of game chat on the pitch. (I bet they were on the park because the gaffer could not be heard above Big Tel in the Inverness dressing room after bit of petulance to the Sky camaraman at the end of the game, (shoved the camera away)

I thought that the big man was outstanding in the 1st half especially. Even hard to please Andy Walker was singing his praises and analysing his play. Very confident display in a team playing with confidence today.

We really punished poor play by Caley in the 1st half, and thoroughly desrved our victory. no failures today and it will be a happy team bus tonight.

Went for Higdon as his first half performance was faultless.
