  1. Morton lost at QOS last week, and we are in a bit of form at present. Big decision for the gaffer this week re the striking options available but I preferred the 2 up front formation on Saturday. Did Omar do enough to keep his place, or does Higgy come back in?
  2. Free MFC TV if you get a reception up there! Whats £5k to you anyway?
  3. If the club can attract membership to be taken by fans at all levels and some backed by sponsors etc then the target is achievable. Good luck to all who aspire to take out membership and I hope this works for the club.
  4. Get some nuts and tell him what you think.

    St Johnstone

Las and Jenno had great games, but Henriks goals give him the edge for me.
  6. I would offer him a decent contract. One of our best & most consistent performers every game and is well respected by his fellow players. I love the way he makes poor passes to him look decent with his ability to control the ball and is often used as an "out" by the team.
  7. Well done to all of you up the "deep end". I am in section C and some of us try to join in but its hard work getting some folk around me involved. The drumming was top notch last night, and your support certainly inspired the team. Keep it up.
  8. I hope the prick who abused him on Saturday before the kick off is satisfied.
  9. I would settle for the old 'Well well super well, or Motherwell, Motherwell, Motherwell, with the whole park joining in
  10. Time for all us like minded fans to shout down the idiots who regularly abuse our own players. If they used their lungs to support the team instead of getting on their backs it might just help some players settle quicker. I have a couple of targets in mind for Tuesday, but need to be careful as these types are the first to run for help and would be likely to report you. Mon the East Stand - get behind the team.
  11. We need a positive start on Tuesday, as we all know what happens from the stands when we toil early. The full support must get behind individual players and the team. The manager needs to be a bit more adventurous in attacking from the start, and getting in front is becoming crucial at home. If the boys can continue from yesterdays 2nd half we can win this and move back up the league. 'Mon the 'Well.
  12. +1 Mon the Well on Tuesday. We should shout down the clowns who are all over players before the game has started. Its your team, get behind them - not on them!
  13. Reserve games were also used to bring on players returning from injury etc. Where do they get match fitness now ???
  14. Could not disagree more. These guys were playing in front of management most of the time and many were looking to step up to the first team.
  15. would love to see the reserves brought back for most of the reasons stated previously. Although not a great deal of people turned up to watch it was always a chance to see what we had coming through the ranks. Perhaps a shorter version of the current first team fixtures (1 home and 1 away ) at the start and end of the season would work? We definately need somewhere for the guys who are too old for the 19s to show their talent in real games.
  16. A great loss to the club. I met him a few times through work and he always had the ability to think on his feet. Apart from that I will always remember him enjoying the trip to Nancy not so long ago. Thoughts are with his family and friends
  17. I think we are taking a chance here but feel that we are right. There is no way that both players deserve the same punishment for their parts in a situation which came about due to the ref not giving a fre kick for the original challenge on Jennings. We await the verdict knowing we could be losing one of our recent best performers.

  19. Joe Wark by mile for me. Tough but fair. I never remember him being sent off and very few bookings either. I think he played for the Scottish League select but never a full cap. One of lifes gentlemen.
  20. We will need to defend set pieces better than the corner v celtic. We can cause them problems at the back with our pace. As usual no prediction from me - give it your best lads.
  21. Agree totally, we never worked the keeper enough and need to start having a go from outside the box. I also thought Kilie were guilty of the same yesterday.

    Kilmarnock

Clancy gave it everything today and Hutch has a fight to get back into the side.
  23. Always a difficult game through at Easter Road so any points we get are priceless. We could beef up the defence if Hutch is ready, and depends how Jennings reacts to to the off field events. Personally I would take a draw right now, with no further injuries. Hope we take a decent crowd through, and they all get in!
  24. Arbroath boss is Paul Sheerin and he didnt miss the female Asst Ref or the Ref but he did not really have a case. Youngy's boys ran the legs off them and only inspired work from their keeper kept it down.
