This is an absolutely terrible comment...Did you actually go to the game?.. We created lots of chances, lots of one touch football and free flowing stuff all over the park...ball was pinged about on the deck all over the place. Efford probably had his best game for us on the right. Tierney was unplayable and Goss was spraying great passes all over the park. Defence were outstanding when called upon and mopped everything up. Even under pressure they didn't punt it up the park and played the ball on the deck out of bother. I have no problems about where the goals come from as the players were breaking their neck to get in about the goals and were just unlucky not to score.3 points

I’m actually shocked people are questioning the Aarons signing he is class, has some real flair and pace about him, sadly the loan ended early due to covid but he was like Gboly Ariyibi. He got a move to Huddersfield off the back of his loan here.3 points

I can't believe Kelly is now coming under fire if we hadn't got him in on loan back in Dec 2020 we wouldn't even be in this division as we would have had Chapman in goals.....jeez...scary3 points

Aarons first appearance for us was very positive and full of promise. He only got a handful of appearances after that and was sent packing due to the covid issue so i don't think we should be rushing to judge him just yet. When everything was shut down but before the season was officially called, i did see him out training himself at the palace grounds on quite a few occasions. Speed work, bands, bag of balls. The guy was obviously trying to keep himself in shape/sharp which is encouraging. Given that GA shipped out all of our width and pace, then Aarons certainly brings us something we don't have. Hopefully going to be a good addition to the team.2 points

Glad he had a good debut or he would have taken a POUNDing, I also believe his favourite player is Raheem STERLING. sorry folks, still happy after tonight's result1 point

Nobody has mentioned the performance of debut boy Penney, I know the opposition were dire but have to say I was impressed by him tonight and certainly looks a decent addition.1 point

It was a ridiculous comment and your constant doom mongering is getting tiresome and predictably boring. 4-0 at home and your still having a dig...some people are never bloody happy. Give it a rest and enjoy the performance and win for a change.1 point

Agree with this, i watched him tonight and a good number of his kick outs and throws went straight to an ICT player, and on the odd occasion when he did release the ball early it never found a Motherwell player, that's the part of his game that needs to improve.1 point

Could have held the draw tomorrow to let us at least enjoy the win this evening.1 point

Of course Celtic are gonnae put us out. Unless we put them out.1 point

Playing them midweek is great. Playing them at 12 or 1230 is grim as fuck.1 point

You are wrong about almost everything so that's good to read.1 point

I would have thought so too. Likewise I see Nicky Clark has joined St.Johnstone from Dundee Utd.1 point

Randolph, Gillespie and Carson were all better than Kelly. And again he's a very good keeper. Just not as good as those three...1 point

My top 3 from past 40 years are Gardiner....... Chapman and Woods........yes ...that is another grizzly joke1 point

We don't usually get League Cup games. The exception seems to be if we are chosen as a live game for telly, then we can use their feed.1 point

Yes, never understand the concept of letting opposition fire in crosses and deal with them. Don’t care how good your central defenders are or even how good your goalie commands the box, as you state, if enough crosses come in then goals will follow.1 point

Come on now Kelly has earned us more points I have lost count sure everyone is up for criticism but think he gets a wee pass now and again. Like I said before we have a lack of people in the midfield that can tackle in this team more a proper box to box midfielder this is where the midfield lacks. If Goss was ment to be marking Taylor I would question that why that's the case Goss is about 5 10 max and Taylor looks about 6 3 ish.Poor goals to lose whatever way you look at it at alot of the goals we have lost this season alot of them have been utter howlers. For a set of players in defence that's near enough been together for at least a year bar McGinn it blows my mind the sloppy they are.1 point

Given that Lafferty had gone off, I would have hoped that whoever had been instructed to cover him at set pieces would have picked up Taylor rather than leaving it to Goss. But having taken Taylor, Goss allowed him a free run at the ball setting up a fairly straightforward finish. Although physically at a disadvantage, Goss could at least have tried to block the run. But yes the ball was in the air for ages and Sol should have had time to position himself better. Given the run Taylor was allowed, he may well have overpowered Sol in any case. I think Taylor scored a back post equaliser late on in a previous match so the entire defence should have been aware of that possibility. In short I think there were several players at fault for the goal.1 point

As long as you can log in you should be ok, If your not an ST holder then when you buy the ticket you should get the option to collect from Fir Park or have it emailed to you to print at home and/or store on your phone.1 point

The 2nd goal didnt show a weakness in the defence...taylor ran off a midfielder(goss)he wasn't within 4/5yards of him when he scored,if he beats u in the air then fair do's but ffs u need t b there t make it difficult, i cant lay blame at kelly but a dykstra or a ruddy wouldve come for that ball,as u mention its come a long way.we can pick holes in it all day long, ive been a well fan long enough t remember if we didnt keep a clean sheet we were rarely going t pick up points as we created nothing,we r creating chances, good chances someone will take a thumping when it all clicks..against utd on saturday would b a good time t start1 point

What this signing tells u is the head of recruitment is still the same as before and he’s not an actual SH signing1 point

Aarons isn’t a bad signing. It actually makes a lot of sense considering that Hammell still seems to want to play 3 up top and both Efford and Morris are absolutely pish - so we needed another option. What is doesn’t change however is that we have less than 48 hours to get the spine of the team sorted. We are still a CB, CM and CF short1 point

We are yes. When you add in the horrible experience of having to play Celtic, encounter their supporters and have them swarming all over Fir Park and the surrounding area then it makes this draw an even less enticing prospect.0 points
