  1. Good points Grizzly. We are heading for a cashless society but we're not there just yet. Some older folk do struggle with modern technology and as we've seen over the past few months some websites are far from user friendly. We need all the support we can muster and older fans, many of whom have been to Fir Park for donkey's years shouldn't be sidelined impatiently.

  2. It's a bit of a lottery when it comes to League Cup games, but often there is no (legal) option. I didn't see anything listed on St Mirren TV either. Fingers crossed though.

  3. Although I understand what you’re saying, I do still like the clunky sounds of the turnstile turning as the guy presses a pedal and then you turn it to pass through. Can’t beat a bit of nostalgia

  4. Doesn't need to be fancy. In the US at least you can get something the like the Square Reader which lets you read chip and pin, and if necessary, even magnetic stripes. I'm sure if this isn't available in the UK there will be an equivalent.

  5. I know a lot of people prob won't notice or pay much attention to it under the circumstances, but if you watch the vid of the first goal, as soon as Biereth beats the man on the corner flg and starts to come in, Wilkinson is between (and slightly behind) the two defenders. He then makes a wee 3 or 4 step run to get in front of the two defenders to make the pass in to him possible. A striker who can find these positions and runs must have something about him. Ally McCoist made an entire career out of being the guy 'who was there' to tap the ball in from around the six yard line. Maybe having someone who can spot the run and make the pass will make a big difference to the other strikers as well. A striker not finding scoring positions is a lot worse than the one who fluffs some chances.
