  1. Was just about to suggest some sort of 'anonymous suggestion box' scheme myself. For maximum inclusiveness you'd probably have have it on the club website and/or via a dedicated email address though, which obviously opens it up to abuse from numpties from other clubs, but hopefully not enough that you couldn't screen them out. Much as I like the moderated Q&A idea as well, I can see the club being on a hiding to nothing with that one-- assuming they can only answer a limited number of the questions submitted at any time, and they get to choose which ones, there would doubtless still be a paranoid element moaning about favouritism, grudges, cover-ups etc.

Craig Paterson on Tommy McLean today: http://www.thesun.co.uk/scotsol/homepage/s...op-coaches.html
  4. About the best you can say about it is that the Falkirk and Killie fans probably won't be relishing the prospect of facing us (or indeed ICT) either, even with the benefit of home advantage.
  5. No' very original mind you... isn't it in the top 5 or 10 most popular girls' names at the moment?

He could have licked every Hearts player's boots clean for fun for all I care, if he came to use and did a good job. Not really the style of manager I'd like to see at the club at this time, though.

    Where Do You Sit?

Don't get over very often these days, but I always used to stand near the halfway line when I was a regular, and when it became the East Stand and I acquired a season ticket, it was for pretty much the very spot where I used to stand. Have never liked the view from behind the goals at any stadium, although it wasn't quite so bad in the days where you could swap ends at half time
  8. He's hardly a "new manager". New to the SPL, perhaps, but he's managed club and international sides for several years, winning five league titles and two cups, and had good runs in European competition too.
  9. Or Jim Gannon To be fair, though, Fenlon has proved himself to be a cut above the rest, at least in League of Ireland terms. The Bohs fans I know will be absolutely gutted if he leaves.

  11. I don't buy this "new stadia have no atmosphere" stuff. It's up to the fans to generate atmosphere, not the builders.
  12. Relegation battles aren't necessarily "bleak"... would certainly give us more to get excited about and focus on than battling it out for 6th or 7th place.
  13. After three woeful defeats in a row, I don't think they need us to tell them that.
  14. By which he probably means "I read that story in the Rancid this morning that the players had a bit of a shout at each other in the dressing room last week, which they've been quite open about". http://www.dailyrecord.co.uk/football/spl/...86908-21923105/
  15. Trouble is, nothing was really working all that well earlier in the season either, we were just luckier (and perhaps a bit fitter than the others, an advantage we don't have any more).
  16. Lucas off, Humphrey on. Booing ensues.
  17. Two in two minutes... 2-1 St Johnstone. Yass posted missing for both, by the sound of it.
  18. Can't confirm it, but now that we have functional undersoil heating, I'd guess the covers would only be useful now if there's any further heavy snow forecast between now and the game.

  20. Because we're practising to be Barca or Arsenal.
