  1. Quality thank fuck for that yaaaassss!!!!!
  2. What the fuck has that got to do way us?
  3. Anywhere in the UK would be ideal for the first tie (if we win), would pick Malta or Luxembourg other than that. Roughly about £170 flying to Luxembourg so its no too bad. We flew there on the way to Nancy thought the place was quite decent and seemed really busy when we went through it. Any of the other countries then i'll almost certainly won't be going if drawn there.
  4. No offence but i don't see why you should get free admission anyhow, fair enough a fiver is justifiable and you should be happy paying that.

They mock ups are the dogs bollocks and look identical to the teasers in the programmes happy days
  6. Seen in The Sun the day that it said St Johnstone had agreed a fee for the two boys from Livingston who we are after, McKay and Davidson, but nothing has been finalised yet. No sure if they are any good or not, but surely if we have wee bit to spend it would be definitely worth taking a punt on Leigh Grittiths if we can get him on the cheap. On the Imrie chat i would have him at Fir Park in a minute, even though he is c**t, but cannot see it.
  7. They still should of had the decency to let folk know that they weren't attending which i don't think they did. Sorry if am wrong.
  8. Great night with a fantastic amount of money (especially the £1200 for the new Motherwell strip) raised for Jamies family. A big thanks must go to the folk that organised the tournament and made sure it ran smoothly and on time on the night. Its a pity there wasn't as many first team players there but all in all it was a really good night had by all. Thought Tam Cowan was excellent especially the joke about Chris McCart not being there. Well done to Stevie Hammell for being the eventual winner against my new coach, Pat Holtz.
  9. Can you put me down for 2 places if you've still got space left mate?
  10. The Phoenix on the wednesday night had to be the best bit for me the atmosphere was electric in there. After then we went to the pub in the square where there was a fair number doing the conga outside it at 3 in the morning great times, managed to nick 2 bottles of wine out there as well. Better than any Scotland away trip that i've been to and certainly hope there will be another in the not to distant future.
  11. I have got to say he has done a great job considering where we were this time 2 years ago under Malpas. Last season was the best football that i have witnessed us playing and was a joy to watch, the 2nd half performance at Tynecastle when we came back to win 2-1 and the 5-3 win against United the main highlights. It has been tough this season losing McCormack in the summer and Porter in January and without a doubt this has had a great impact on how the season has panned out. With these 2 still at the club i would like to think we would have been cruising towards Europe again. One thing that pisses me off about McGhee is how he never takes the blame, Saturday being the prime example where he clearly got the positions fucked up and not using the subs far earlier in the match.
  12. Fucking disgraceful performance could sense from the start we were never going to score and should have changed at half time to liven it up a bit. Why an earth did he play Quinn at left back and Hammell midfield on the biggest game of the season. No a fan of Fitzpatrick but would rather him in midfield way Hammell at left back. Not one of the players looked like they were up for it at all, the whole team were pish. Take a good look at yourself McGhee your all talk and must be held responsible for todays shambolical performance.
  13. Credit to the club for doing this and hopefully we can make a gain financially on it, but i struggle to see that there will be more than 8000 there on Saturday. Just hope it doesn't backfire on us if St Mirren bring through a large crowd to spur them onto a point on victory.
  14. It's going to be a tough game and think it is too hard to pick a winner from it. Both sides lacking in goal scoring form it's hard to see there being more than a goal or two in the game. From our perspective we should be looking to keep tight on Dorman at all times as with 7 goals in his last 11 i would say he is there only real threat. Also Jack Ross likes to come forward on the right hand side a lot of the time and this is an area we should be looking to exploit on the counter. Having seen there last two games on the tv i don't think there is too much to fear just more of a case if we can score and hopefully kill them off with a second. Mon' the Well

I don't know you could be right, am sure it is him in the picture showing the new kit suppliers. It was just the way that he sounded on the phone that the club had left them out the picture. He said it had came out the blue and they hadn't heard a whisper. A lot of hassle for them as well changing all the prices etc. You would imagine that they could be losing money on the the Bukta stock that they have in store if they've paid the normal rate to buy in on the first place.

Spoke to a guy in the shop there over the phone as I was buying some gear online and he didn't sound to pleased with Motherwell FC as they had heard nothing about Canterbury replacing Bukta until this week by the sound of things. Pretty good that you can buy the full kit for 08/09 for under £40 now.
  17. Good result again today, definetly would have taken a 1-1 draw after thursday nights performance. Defence were solid throughout apart from the goal really with Klimpl and Hughes puting a good shift in the midfield. O'Brien was really impressive the day again had my doubts about him the day but he proved me wrong. Well done Jim. Brines was a complete c**t never gave us anything and didn't book Samaras after 3 blatant dives. Great walking past the East Stand after the match hearing everyone signing. Also when we played gypies, tramps and thieves at half time brought a smile. Mon' the Well!!
  18. The whole team were poor but in particular Fitzpatrick and Clarkson were shite. Clarksons first touch was non existant throughout and passing was very poor. Fitzpatrick worked hard but yet again brought nothing to the team with his reluctance to cross the ball when the oppurtunity arose. I know its not his fault he gets picked but get a grip McGhee he is woeful and should be playing in the lower divisions.

I don't see who would be interested in signing him though. He is an excellent shot stopper but the rest of his game is relatively poor, namely, his kicking ability and his commanding of the box. Not saying that i would like to see him go but if he doesn't want to be part of the club he would be better to leave in the summer.
  20. I can't see it being on sky if the Forfar game will be shown on the Wednesday night. Personally i would rather its not shown as we will take a bigger support through and i am sure this will benefit the team more. Financially though we can't refuse the 80k if it is on sky.
  21. Should go with the team that started at Easter Road again. Only worry is that in the Scottish Cup we always fail to perfrom against the shite teams; inverness, Dundee and St Johnstone to name a few that in the past few seasons where we thought we were a certainty to get through we somehow manage not to turn up for these games.
  22. Is there any truth about the takevoer rumours? I can understand if you are not able to comment on it but have heard a lot of things recently. Cheers
  23. Should be looking to win all our games this month especially against Hamilton as should set us up nicely for the Timms and Caley. Only worry is with three home games on the trot will our shoddy pitch be able to cope.
  24. 2.30pm. Surely they've got to call it off before everybody makes their way up.
