I am gutted we didn't win tonight. I thought we played extremely well and passed the ball about with ease on the poor surface. Seeing that picture of the "offside" goal makes me sick. At the time i was critical of Ross as i thought he was offside but seeing it again it was a shocking decision by the useless baldy c**t of a linesman. Thought everybody put in a great shift tonight, Craigan especially who was the best player on the park in my opionion. O'Brien played well showing a lot of energy but gave the ball away too much when he could of been doing with passing. Stunning goal by Hateley . Point gained on United at the end of the day so a wee win on Saturday will make it a successful 7 days. Mon the Well!!!!!!!

I doubt Brown will start with McGlinchey but the way he has been talking about him he sounds like he could be a good addition to the squad. I don't understand why a lot of folk think we will get beat tomorrow night. They are shite and i fear Hibs beating us on the 20th a lot more than Rangers. We were dire in the 6-1 game, but a lot has changed since then, and with Boyd and Miller just coming back i am not expecting them to be too sharp. Our record recently at Fir Park has been steady against them and if we get any chances we need to take them as there won't be many goalscoring oppurtunites in the game. Prediction 1-0 Motherwell.

Went for Jennings. Showed a lot of composure on the ball when others lacked and passed the ball well.
-
As expected a scrappy win, but not complaining. Pitch is a disgrace, for it to happen 3 years in a row is out of order and an embarrassment to the club. The first half was dreadful and i thought the match had 0-0 written all over it but thankfully the Juke popped up with another goal. Credit has to go to Ruddy and the back 4 for another clean sheet and taking the amount of time for not conceding a goal to 499 minutes.
-
Agree with you there. Coke is a funny one, at the Falkirk game he did nothing until the red card then there is other times when he puts in the effort he does look a really decent player but i would stick with Jennings. Tough game tomorrow which will be scrappy but hopefully we should have enough quality in our line up that should see us cement 5th place for the time being.

------------------Ruddy--------------------- Hateley-----Craigan-------Reynolds----Hammell Humphrey---Jennings----Lasley---Forbes-------Sutton --------------------Murphy------------------------- I thought Sutton did well playing left mid in the second half the other night and should be an areial target from bye kicks so may be worth trying there. I would swap Humphrey for O'Brien as he is a lot more direct than O'Brien plus the fact that O'Brien puts the team under pressure far too often by giving the ball away needlessly. Quite confident about the game and i reckon we wll nick a 1-0 win. Craigan header

Craigan for me. The defence is a lot more solid now with him there and was unlucky not to score last night.

Quite happy to take a point last night after going down to 10 men. Not much action in the first half with Falkirk maybe just edging it with a couple of decent chances. I thought the sending off was harsh at the time and when seeing it on Alba i still do a yellow would have been the right decision. The ref was a c**t to both teams giving Falkirk harsh decisions against them and seeming to penalise us for nothing constantly in the first half. When you see the one that Ruddy caught on the line it was a close call and could easily of been given considering how far he was behind the line. Started well in the second half with Murphy looking lively and we should of had a penalty when Sutton was pushed which surely would have been a red card for them. Once the Duke came on our goal threat seemed non-existant as he didn't bother his arse trying for anything. Shouldn't of been on if he was still carrying a knock. The whole back line, Ruddy and Lasley were our best performers last night.
-
I would have to go with Ruddy as i've been impressed by him ever since he came to the club especially his triple save up at Tannadice and the penalty stop over in Romania were world class. It took a while for Jutkiewicz to find his game but now he has got going he does look a real handful for opposition defenders and without his 8 goals we would be struggling this season.
-
Humphrey in for Forbes and Murphy in for Sutton/Jutkiewicz (canny make my mind up). Move O'Brien to left mid and Humphrey to right mid then we should get the better of their full backs. Hopefully i'll see my first win at the Falkirk Stadium tonight and i'll go for another 2-0 win. Murphy double.
-
Good result today. First half was a bore apart from Sutton's spectacular effort. 2nd half was a lot better to watch with Murphy putting in a match winning performance. There was a ten minute period they had after our first goal when they looked like they could score but other than that it was a comfortable win in the end. O'Brien was poor in the second half giving the ball away far too many times and taking on folk when he would be better passing. Good ball to Lasley for the second goal though. In Browns post match interview on Radio Scotland he said that we were signing Michael McGlinchey soon. An attacking midfielder that's meant to be an entertainer according to the boss.

Not expecting much from the match tomorrow after they outplayed us in both the matches in October so i would settle for a draw. -----------------Ruddy-------------------- Hateley-----Craigan-------reynolds----Hammell Humphrey----Coke------Forbes--------O'Brien -----------Murphy-------------------------- ------------------------Jutkiewicz------------
-
That's an abysmal record nearly a full league season albeit most of them would of been against Rangers or Celtic. I don't know if we'll win on Saturday either, hate playing against St Mirren.
-
We beat Llanelli live on s4c.
-
Really depressing going out last night after Saturdays performance, i thought the worst we would get was a draw. Season more or less over now.

---------------------Ruddy--------------------- Hateley--------Craigan-------Reynolds-----Hammell Humphrey-----Lasley----------Coke------O'Brien ------------------Sutton----Jutkiewicz------------ If we can play like we did on saturday especially the second half we should win no bother. I don't know if Forbes has got 2 games in him within 3 days so i would swap him for the impressive Humphrey. Gutted i ain't going but hoping we can win this won 2-0. Jutkiewicz and Humphrey to score. 'Mon the Well!!!!! -
Great result yesterday never seen that one coming. Three really good goals and delighted to see O'Brien adding the end product to his game that he has been badly lacking in the last 3 months. Much more enjoyable to watch Browns team playing in comparison to the style of Gannon. Hopefully we'll keep Jack and Victor to the end of the season and that should see us securing a top six position.

Tough one to get through first of all whenever it gets played. I would take any non SPL team away from home for a decent away trip. Our bus ain't going to Inverness now so looks like i'm missing out on that one.

International Player Revealed?
WellTiliDie replied to Bobby Russell's lovechild's topic in Club Chat
On Scotland Today there when Brown was getting interviewed it showed you the team training at Toryglen i think and there was a black player, don't think it was Humphrey, that was training with the team. Possible trialist?? -
A big improvement last night from the pish we've had to endure for the last few matches. I much preferred our style of play last night compared to Gannon's shite tactics. We should of been in the lead after the first 5 minutes with O'Briens bad miss and when Murphy and The Juke looked a good pass away from a certain goal. We were a lot more positive last night and in recent second halfs where we have crumbled we deserved at least a point from the match. Forbes was terrible again last night, needs to get his finger out his arse and start trying and stop being a pussy. Finally Yassin was dropped. O'Brien was our best player last night but sadly with no end product. Much more hopeful of a win on Saturday after last nights performance and Gannons departure. Mon the Well!!

Yaaasss!!!!!!! Cani wait to our last game of 2009. Mon the 'Well!!!!!!!

Service is shite in the Cooper. The pies weren't ready for the Celtic game the other week not long before kick off. Bring back Chapman pies as well!

I've heard from a couple of folk that it will be Burley. I didn't like him at all for Scotland but this would be a totally different challenge if he is the chosen one.
