On the Samson debate; I reckon he'd be a solid enough replacement. I've been generally impressed by him most times I've watched the 'Well play St. Mirren. I'd say the 94/95 team was better. I'd add that our current front 4 of Faddy, Higgy, Ojamaa and Humph is the best frontline I can remember watching. Each of them bring something different and have been abusing defences in recent weeks. It's just a shame we're unlikely to see them together for much longer.

Another game with everyone getting decent pass marks and nobody really standing out. Probably testiment to how good a unit we have at the moment and what a fantastic run we've put together which has gone a long way to very nearly securing the runners-up spot. Gave my vote to Higgy. I know what you're getting at. Unfortunately for Carswell his position at the moment is filled by our player of the season and our experienced club captain. Neither of whom have done anything to deserve to be dropped (albeit Las had a better campaign last term).
