  1. Once moult stops wearing claret & Amber i hope he goes on to have a long a successful career but I really don't care where he goes. I just want Motherwell to make as much money out of him as possible. Whether that be through a transfer fee or a cup run/league position. We're the Well fans, the players ain't, no matter how much they profess to love the club or fans. They move on and do the same at there next club. That's there job. Just enjoy the good ones while we have them. Then let it go.

  2. And what a lovely sight that would be, to give Louis his standing ovation as he leaves for pastures new at the end of the season with maybe a cup medal to his name. But we are a fan owned business with not a lot of capital and as much as it had proved good business sense to have kept him this time around given the situation we are currently in. If the numbers make financial sense to let go at the next window, then off he goes. Just as he would have before the end of the last window had the cash came in. And life will go on. COYW.

  3. If there is no intention on Louis part to sign the extension, which he is entitled to do. Then the club should make whatever cash possible in the window with hopefully a nice sell on clause. I think the replacement may already be here in the shape of sid the Lithuanian. Use the money being offered to Louis to get the gaffer on a better contract.

  4. I don't really have a problem with the pricing, though I understand others do. However, should we not sell out our allocation, which i would be disappointed if we don't. Any returned tickets could be sold to sevco fans 20× over. Don't really think the sfa are going to worry about what some 'Well fans think about the cost. Get there and get behind the team after all we get 1/4 of the pooled money from both semi finals.

  5. There could be a number of players we may struggle to hold on to and if things continue that way then we're doing something right. Let's just lap it up while it lasts and hope it lasts a hell of a long time. To drag up an old line. "Time for new heroes" COYW.

  6. Day off today, watched the whole game again. You manage to get a different perspective from the tv. What a performance from every player on the park. The intensity they showed from kick off to the final whistle was incredible. There is no way we should fear rangers in the semi, as long as the ref allows it to be a level playing field. Robinson won't need to worry about changing our play to match them. Just do what we're doing a let them worry about us. Thought the pundits for once were fare to us. Though when did Garry McAllister morph into Tim Vine.

  7. The referee's job is hard enough without players having unnatural reactions to challenges. It's only human nature for the referee to be skeptical of such reactions.

Boyle went down in a fairly natural fashion although it was clear to all of us in the stand that there was no contact. Maybe the way he went to ground was enough to convince the referee.

I understand what you mean about the way Boyle went down, however that would imply that the ref was guessing as to whether there was contact or not.
