One thing to consider with all the names mentioned that it should be a management team. It didn’t look like Lucketti helped Alexander’s cause in the slightest during games when changes were obviously required. Also, stating the obvious but past performance and stats never tell the full story. I’m sure if we were offered a manager whose last gig was to come in when x club was flirting with relegation zone, got them out of that mire then took them to a high, European qualifying , placed finish in the league the next, we would be very interested in said manager.

On first glance it looks great but there are some aspects where the lack of attention to detail just irritates me. Why isn’t the side amber panel on the shirt the same width as shorts? Why the need for two macron logos on the shorts? And the collar amber strips. Either do it with multiple stripes like the ‘82 or a wider band. As it is it looks like the collar design print from a completely different kit body. Will have to wait to see how the ‘fade’ between front panels looks irl but unnecessary fussiness for me.

Went to renew my ST for me and son to find as a 15yo he’s now being asked for £420!(2019 £0) No way he’s interested in attending every game and so pick and choose it is; probably for both of us. I appreciate the club needs income but this level of pricing isn’t going to encourage new (or existing) supporters.

Don’t agree. McNulty had a purple patch 4 years ago and a brief flourish with Hibs and hasn’t exactly played / scored much since. Wasn’t impressed with him at DU and claimed he was being played out of position (not just straight down the middle). Hardly inspiring given our penchant for how front three are expected to play and contribute.

Do squad numbers give any indication of expected starting places anymore? Just wondering if missing 1 and 9 have been offered to existing players or left for new signings.
