I don't think we're in the position to offer a new manager anything other than a short-term contract to the end of the season. If we offer them an 18-month deal, it has to be with a clause that they fuck off if we get relegated. It has to be on an incentive basis.

I don't disagree with your recruitment comment. If you look elsewhere on the forum, you'll see me moaning about Nick Daws. He and several of the players recruited in the past couple of years are part of the problem created by Alexander and the Board. The fact is that the squad is bloated with absolute shite.
