  1. Just to add. the image I posted is of the t-shirts which I believe will be on sale in the club shop tomorrow.
  2. Randolph; Matthews, Gunning, Mulgrew, Dixon; Forrest, Davis, Mackay-Steven; Russell, Daly, Hooper Good on Darren Randolph but I thought some of our other players would have merited a mention as we surely are the 'team' of the year. Oh, and FIVE Dundee United players?! Somebody's having a laugh. thoughts?
  3. Hold on, that gives us 18 home and 20 away. No thanks, balance please, Europe at stake.
  4. Yet the real culprits, the incompetent officials get away scot free. McCall would have been just as well giving them a full on sweary verbal blast for all the difference it would have made.
  5. According to Sky we've won one and lost one to Aberdeen this season! Probably due another win then
  6. Walter Smith kept it in the public eye for years and no-one from the media dared to say a word to him.
  7. I'll try and clear it up. The Dundee utd game was a sore one. We lost to them while Rangers were losing at Hibs. Rangers had 57 pts, we had 53. Huge goal difference all but killed it. We then drew at Raith while Rangers lost at Kilmarnock. 57-54. Aberdeen beat St Johnstone to move into second with 54 and better goal difference. League race over. Final day we lost (John Inglis scored) and Gers drew at home to Dundee. 58-54. Aberdeen drew with Celtic to confirm second on 55 points.
  8. Local Blackpool paper quoted 500K
  9. Local rag down here, the Blackpool Gazette, report it as an agreed fee of £500K it must be true!

    Speculate to accumulate. Now.
  11. Just watched the highlights, disappointed we didn't get a penalty at the end. Maybe Stevie O'Reilly hadn't placed a bet on one.
  12. At last, it may have taken 39 minutes but we have just been awarded our first free kick!
  13. On the topic of Celtic's black players I found this on the net. THERE were actually four Brazilians on trial at Celtic, although only two, Ayrton Inacio and Marco Di Sousa, played in the reserves. The two others, Jorge Farah and Fernando Consul, played in practice games. Although all four only stayed a short time at Celtic, Inacio later turned out with Clydebank.
  14. SPL record for us but not a club record. We did 6 away wins in a row in 81/82 Tynecastle would be great to equal that, Ibrox would be fantastic to beat it.
  15. Leicester interest in Humphrey according to the Sunday Express how much?! Bite their hands off.
  16. BBC news in the sports section next morning reported that the ground was evacuated due to a fire.
  17. Home to Hearts in August, almost at the end of the game, two yellows.
  18. BBC news channel appear to have realised that we won 1-0 but still say Celtic are top of the table. Oh dear.
  19. Hold that result everyone. According to the BBC News just on our game finished goalless!
  20. Three days notice!! Holy shit. I'll send you some half filled pages.
  21. A few years back Partick's Rod McDonald picked up a second yellow for crossing himself as he left the pitch at half time in a match. The referee perceived it as a slight against the opponents (Rangers, if you must ask). That shows the bias of certain match officials to bend over and 'protect' the Old Firm but also shows the potential for the slightest action being misconstrued or twisted to suit the agenda of any steward or policeman.
