I don't agree with that. I have a basic tv package without the sports channels and I am sure I am not the only one in that camp, but this season I have watched almost no football on the tv as the terrestrial channels have no rights to games. I think attendances are falling due less and less people being interested in football in Scotland and thats really down to the fact our league has zero competitiveness.

I actually think that signing Craig Samson was a clever move by the club. Twardzik has not really been up to much since he signed on. Ripley could be away in january so to negate the risk of potentially having Twardzik as our only choice of keeper - we now have a decent keeper with a bit of experience who can keep these guys on their toes. Also all these people claiming we are throwing money away and we can't afford him. We know fuck all about the financial setup with regards to signings so there is no point speculating about it.

Only been to the Dundee Utd game this season so not really in any position to comment, but is the fact we are missing Pearson really affecting us? I get the feeling he is the man who this whole team was built round and him getting injured has scunnered us a bit.

Is it constantly kept up to date? I remember they did yearly patches and stuff like that. If its kept up to date then yes its a good search tool, but surely they are not relying on the ratings for players - as again these would fluctuate massively.

Don't what all this panicking is about. We were the better side against Dundee Utd and we're just unlucky that day. Aberdeen beat us but they are pretty good these days, beaten by hearts at tune castle - again no surprise. St Johnstone could be looked as a bad result, but again sounds like we had chances. We then win two on the bounce and by the sounds of it were far better than Killie. Need to give the guy the season. I'm convinced we have the players to be a decent top six team. Also lets not forget two first choice players have been out for most of the season so far.

I think this will be a tough game for most SPL sides this year. Hearts at home are excellent. They are a very good team as shown by romping the Championship. Actually I would not be suprised at all if Hearts finished in the top three this year. So with that in mind I'm going for a 3-0 win for Motherwell!
