What I find hard to understand is the mentality that fans are happy to shell out for a season ticket to watch games in a competition that we have as much chance of winning as hell freezing over - yet fail to turn up to a game in one of the only two competitions where we actually have a chance. This is noticeable not only here but in Englandurshire as well - strange one!!

Don't think Joe was either - though certainly grew to have a deep affection and affinity with the club. Just me being smart mate. Only became their 'home end' post-segregation. Prior to that we had all sorts of 'fun' swapping ends at half-time and after on the dual-carriageway just before the Racecourse where the buses parked. Could never get a taste for 'the wine' in any of it's forms - straight Tennents lager (think it had to do with the glamour girls on the back).
