  1. Let Brown learn his trade elsewhere. He has not shown anything in management to date to merit a chance at the top division.
  2. So our fan base are to accept attacks on their character, when the majority has been mostly understanding and supportive. Being critical constructively is not abuse. We all wanted a successful team.
  3. Us fans eh, what we like? Nasty, critical and clueless. How dare we raise our voices with concerns on what direction our team is heading. That's what the majority of our fan base has shown, ie concerns we are on the slide. It's only a small minority, like every other club, that continually over step the mark. This has been happening since football started. Not right they do this, but why let them win? Obviously he has realised he knows he can't stop the slide, and goes before his reputation takes a battering. The way this resignation and take over has been handled and other issues, raises an eye brow on who we need to be keeping an eye on. Alienating your fan base is not a good look Mr Caldwell.
  4. So we get rid of a guy learning his trade for another guy learning his trade in Brown. Given the resources he has been given, his team have struggled. As a club we have done well looking beyond what's in scotland, and hopefully that continues. Let's see who applies and take it from there.
  5. Despite his faults, I would be sorry to see him go. But, perhaps it's in his and our interests for a refresh. He has tried his best, and that's all you can ask. Despite what some of our fans may think, managing a club at our level must be extremely challenging. Not many managers last beyond 3 years now, and must get instant results. The next guy will have the same difficulties, and I'm sure there will be a New Manager out post before the season is out. If he does go, good luck Stuart and all the best in your future.
  6. Who knows?? Given the amount of injuries, the premiums, if we do have, must be a fortune. See also there are other clubs chasing Armstrong. Non to bothered if he goes elsewhere. He ain't a target man or a player capable of playing up front on his own.
  7. Who's out there realistically that would improve us? Just need to look around the country to see all managers are crap according to their fan base. Not that I am saying stick or punt. As I've said before maybe a freshen up of our coaching staff or even an addition. Fresh views are needed.
  8. Scunnered. On reflection that was yet again not good enough. The club really need to somehow get some positivity around the club. Good teams work dam hard on and off the ball. Our team jog about and point.
  9. That second half was appalling. This 5 at the back needs to go. Injuries aside, which does not help, does not excuse the same approach every game. To many players are coasting. A fresh approach is needed.
  10. The players do know we need a goal? Where is the urgency??
  11. Only player offering anything and he takes him off.
  12. Kaleta jogging back is getting on my wick. He either can't be bothered or does not know where he is ment to be playing.
  13. Andrews of for Sparrow. Like for like. Odonnell for Casey. Nothing ever changes.
  14. Nope it's 11 players on the park not doing enough. At our level you need energy and desire. We have not got that. To many passengers. Wilson, Kaleta and Halliday are offering nothing today.
  15. We've not been negative or hoofball. But it's all abit meh., ie not alot happening on or off the ball. Suppose given we have been in their half on more than one occasion is better than recent away games.
  16. We are getting nothing from our wingbacks in defence or going forward. Change to a back four is needed.
  17. Game of not alot, other than them taking a half chance at a corner. Midfield again is our downfall. Any joy we have had have come from long balls into the wing back area and winning second ball.
  18. Slattery for halliday at half time. Not many other options.
  19. You've got to wonder why teams persist with this playing from the back. The amount of chances it gives the opposition is mental.
