  1. very open game suprisingly. We are giving more than a good account of ourselves. Hopefully this continues and we nick a goal
  2. if you are going to shoot in that corner why not let hammell take it?
  3. promising start. good to see a consistant ref not!
  4. so he's moaning about Boyle trying to get the club money, which partly probably goes to him as a dividend. That's very bright of him. As for the media, i've said it before, they are a big part of why our game is dying. Negativity, rather than promote your home clubs, especially when it's a Welsh club taking the p**s. Stop buying the rags, and probably one day they will disappear.
  5. Barry Hearn, Orient chairman, reckons cardiff are paying £35k a week. The silence from the authorities on this issue, just shows that the game is a bogey. You've got to wonder how many other clubs are guilty of non payment of transfer fees.
  6. perhaps we should just ban him from Fir Park, and remove any reference of him in our history. Ungrateful wee sh**e
  7. aint it typical of a so called scottish pundit, to put the boot into a scottish club, rather than back them against a Welsh team! No wonder the game in scotland is dying. Shows how thick he is, given that if the scottish game continues to decline, he might well be out of a job.
  8. Given the rubbish they have spouted previously, does anyone actually believe that?
  9. maybe he's just missing his wee pal who joined Celtic.
  10. When the transfer embargo was lifted, did the english FA not establish for themselves on whether Cardiff were lying when they said all debts had been settled? clicky http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/football/t...ity/8890430.stm Surely, as all debts have obviously not been cleared, then the English FA must impose more sanctions immediately, as Cardfiff have made them look incompentent. If Cardiff lawyers are getting in touch,, then to me, it looks as if they still aint going to pay any time soon! I would also think the SPL/SFA have a duty to support our club. As this could happen to any one of it's member clubs again. Personally, i think we should ignore all contact with Cardiff, unless they are prepared to pay the money pronto, and continue with court action to wind the feckers up. They deserve nothing less.

    Hibernian

big darren got my vote. He kept us in it on many occasions.
  12. i would suggest hibs attack is far superior than ours, and if they could sort out their defence, would by miles in front of us.
  13. dont think Hatley did to bad considering where he was playing. Lasley was very poor. The team really need to practice crossing a ball. Far to many times it hit the first man or was to deep. On many occasions there was no pressure from an opponent. Where as Hibs provided quality balls. Tell you what there is not much point spending money on the pitch, if we are going to play the game in the air!
  14. very poor. first half we closed them down and gave them no room. Second half, midfield disappeared, defence was left exposed and we got what we deserved. As for the ref. he had a shocker for both sides.
  15. how do you know for sure brown had a say in this signing? perhaps a signing for commercial reasons
  16. hope it aint a panic signing just to appease the fans.
  17. info on jamie >> http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jamie_McCluskey
  18. does not change much to be honest. we have an away goal. had it been 1 nil, we still would have only needed a nil nil, much like now if you know what i mean.
  19. only question from me is how safe is that site for giving bank details!
  20. Many thanks Leeann for your comments. Your direct and open approach on this messageboard is extremely refreshing, and much appreciated.
  21. Desperation by Brown?? Not a good sign that he has had to go public and probably means we as a club will accept peanuts for Reynolds. Whilst, we may well have promoted youth players into the 1st team squad, it would appear yet again that our squad (as in experienced pro's) is being down sized again, as there is no mention of replacing Coke or O'Brien. Whilst, we all understand that finances are extremely tight in scotland, the constant down sizing, will only convince many fans not to renew season tickets or pay at the gate. Our attendances are edging downwards. We could do with a boost going into the Europa games.
  22. get those passports dusted down, we are going on a european tour
  23. we are getting nearer............almost smell it.
