Apparently its because Celtic are East and Rangers West, which is fine against each other, but bollocks for example when Rangers played St Mirren and we played Celtic, us both being futher west and east respectively. They also, if I'm correct, always get the same dressing rooms.

Fully intended to go to this, but because of weather/transport etc and the fact it started snowing at mine again, made late call just to watch it on tv. No idea how this will go. Definitely winnable but Hearts do appear defensively solid. We obviously negotiated Aberdeen and Rangers in the LC which were both touh tasks, so who knows. Another wee trip to Hampden would be nice.

With Hearts dropping points, a win takes us within 3 of them. They're away to Rangers next week and us to Dundee.

We started to look more encouraging when Frear came on and used a bit of width. Going long was causing Ciftci to be offside countless times. Thistle's goal was ludicrous defending. Not a player within 5 yards of Doolan. As free a header as you'll get. McHugh is painfully slow on the ball.

If Aldred is fit he's got to be in there. If we're going back 3 Kipre/Hartley/Aldred would be what I would look to. Happy with Main and Cifci up top and play Tanner in behind. Main certainly seems to give the team more legs. Against Accies he was all over the pitch. Defending our box one min, the next charging up front. Seems a decent out ball, as well as being able to hit the net.

Disappointing the striker fell through. Main seems to be able to hit the net, Ciftci should hopefully come on to a game and Bowman done well early part of season. So would be good to get supply back fit(Cadden and Frear). Would all allow Tanner to play the 'Trequartista' role again. Not overly concerned, as keeper and back line, on paper anyway,looks good enough.
