Felt it was more the other way actually, looked like the visitors were quite glad to sneak away with a point as we finished the second-half the way we began it. It's a good standard we've set, and I'd say Gannon will ensure it's more of that than anything else in the coming months. Feel-good at last!

Thought it was typical of the visiting "fans" who only made any noise, after their initial bile pre-match, when the penalty was missed. Sounded to me like the South Stand was even emptier than the Cooper!

Can't believe those stats, 0 v 10 shots on target?!?! I know we didn't get much on target (the pen clearly was a shot on target) but they had ten?!?! Counting throw-ins are we now........

Seem to remember it took them well over FOUR minutes before they got out of their own half of the park at the start of the game! Only 150 of us despite an allocation of around three times that (the rest were taken by home fans who were made to regret it). What a magical day!

I'm actually delighted with that, though it could of course have been that wee bit better. We looked composed, skilfull, talented, and well up for it from start to finish. Must admit I didn't think it was a pen though you take them, but usual disgraceful tactics from them to delay the pen as much as possible. Only one team deserved to win and it wsa clearly us. Very impressed with Moutaouakil, and Jim O'Brien is playing superbly at the moment. Well done to everyone indeed.

It's a funny old game. With funny old results. How often have we gone into a game as hot favourites and fell on our arse, it can happen to anyone and that applies to the visitors on Saturday. We are playing good enough football to cause them plenty of problems. Almost seven years since we beat them, long, long overdue as well. Aye, course we can beat them. Any team is beatable.

Heard the Under 17s had a fantastic 2-1 win over Rangers at Murray Park yesterday, anyone got any details?

Every new system takes a bit of getting used to but, as I said elsewhere, it's the best start to a league season we've had for over 10 years. That's an achievement for us, that's for sure!

Yer probably right, Andy, but what got me was their absoulte confidence we are all over the joint despite our best start to a league season since 1996-97! It'll be a tough match I've no doubt, it just amazed me how overly-confident they are despite the relatively poor start they have had.

Invershneck fans on their forum are extremely confident of coming down here and getting through with ease! Definetly still suffering from that big-club syndrome that recently relegated clubs clearly do. I know they should be quietly confident, but they way they are talking you'd think they were in the Quarters already. Time to shut up a few Northern traps!

Quarter-finalists...... Motherwell, Dunfermline, Dundee, Saint Johnstone, Falkirk, Saint Mirren, Queen of the South, Ross County. Well, that's certainly not what the Meejia would want.......! It's a good draw, confident of progression to the Quarters.
