Surprised Georgios Samaras hasn't had a mention on here. Fucking hate that obnoxious greasy lanky diving streak of pish!

This raised one question with me, has a team ever had a Designer brand kit?
Also, is it a bad thing that I quite like that and would not object to that as an actual kit? Perhaps without the blue though!
We'd probably be the first in Scotland. Never know, it might make being a well fan a bit more fashionable for the younger ones and attract them to games

is it only me that is wondering what the hell you are talking about?

Seemingly Casagolda made 12 apps for Motherwell socring 5 goals? He seems to done not bad with the mob he's with now http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Esteban_Casagolda

Now there's around 50 votes, an no doubt being influenced by the age and memory of those who did so, here we have the worst XI to step onto the Fir Park pitch and also be paid to do so. There are no doubt much worse guys out there but this team would struggle to beat a bunch of schoolgirls (wouldn't you agree Sydney?). The midfield and defence were pretty much clear with the attack more skewed, Derek Townsley for example looked like a shoe in but was overhauled in the past day and now doesn't even make the team.
It goes without saying some players would be better placed within the formation but its purely an indication.
Manager: Maurice Malpas
Assistant: Harri Kampman
------------------------------------ John Gardiner -----------------------------------
-- Eddie Forrest ----------- Bobby Donnelly --------- Danny Murphy --
- Shawn Fagan --------------- John Davies -------------- Trevor Molloy -
Paul Keegan - Esteban Casagolda - Calum Elliot - Abel Thermius
Subs:
Colin Meldrum
Yassin Moutouakil
Ange Oueifio
Bob Malcolm
Brian Kerr
John Hendrie
John Reilly
Abel didn't seem to do too bad once he left http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Abel_Thermeus

My ideal lineup for Motherwell would be....
Tony Watt (celtic)Tonny Vilhenna (Feyenoord) ---------------- Nicky Law(Rangers)Alex Smithies (Huddersfield)*edit you may have to stretch you page for this*
-
Ah my mistake he is, could also recommend Jonathan Bond of Watford but not sure they would be as willing to loan him out as Norwich would have been Rudd.
Wouldn't mind seeing young centre mid Tonny Trindade de Vilhena of Feyenoord on loan.
-
I play far too much football manager etc but would love to get Declan Rudd up on loan... 1st team football is what he needs, so he could be more affordable than other good options and would be a stand out player.
-
Not sure if it's the incident you're thinking of from that game but in the first half the ref (Brines) went to show Barry Ferguson a yellow card, even had the card in his hand then remembered that he'd already shown him one so changed his mind and let him off.
Sounds like one of many Brines moments

Never noticed this when posted but has rival agent written all over it... Hammerfists name was Jonathon Mitchell Hope... BillMill is talking toilet shite!

Ian Brines was another cunt of a referee, although he isn't as bad now.
-
I did like mcgarry, was awright but was quite poor as a footballer... Aussie football is probably more his style.
Got his home and away top from his last season at Motherwell
-
Great guy, good laugh etc but when it came to playing football Steven McGarry was a bit shit!
-
Marc Fitzpatrick?
-
Nope not guilty. Be hard considering I left the Davie cooper early and avoided the trouble
-
That's down harvest drive/north lodge way is it not?
-
He does remind me a bit of paul slane, arrogant little cunt. One I would have liked to have saw at on loan is Shane Ferguson when he was coming up through the reserves
-
-
Wouldn't have minded us getting Tony Watt on loan at the beginning of the season but read he has been a bit of a T Watt for the team he has been on loan for. It'd be good if we still got loans of the same calibre as jutkiewics and ruddy
-
I was quoting what someone had said previous. Flipping it sort of thing. Point being wee fannies who call themselves ultras would have reacted to be fair. Never thought I'd be defending your lot but times change I suppose.
-
Have to say, hats off to the "wee fannies" that call themselves ultras tbh. They could have so easily been wee fannies on the night and reacted to the Celtic fans behaviour and escalated the situation as is very easy done a football match. They done they're own thing and stayed to the end (through a complete walloping) and supported the team.
-
I don't know about that, but if you can drum up the enthusiasm to look at the green brigade thread on talkceltic.net you will see that they are all saying the area was too crowded with far too many people for the number of seats. You are probably correct in saying that the ones allocated those seats were in the area, but if what they are saying on their own forums is accurate then a shit load more of them decided to go in those sections as well.
If this was true (probably is) Motherwell should be fined too. Probably why they have decided to deal with it privately with Celtic
-
I hate the police as much as the next person but what were they to do? Only way they could have dealt with that carry on was to go heavy handed with shields etc either forcing them back up the stand towards the exits effectively crushing them or coming out the exits forcing on the pitch which would have lead to chaos, even at that it would have been difficult to coordinate. Think the tactic had been to keep them as contained as possible and try and limit the damage to what had already been done.

good geographical location to Firpark as well if you are walking you can down past our ladies (maybe further into the estate towards the house) and its more or less a straight path along from there.
