There's absolutely no one at Livingston that we should be taking at the moment.

Absolutely agree with this. The only player that I thought got pass marks last night was Jamie Brandon but we really don't need to go bargain basement shopping at a doomed club.

Someone please explain to me how anyone sees him staying with us. His form will have attracted a few clubs especially with him being out of contract. So unless these clubs are Scottish Championship clubs we cannot match what he will be offered. There is Zero chance of him being with us next year and anyone thinking he will be is being delusional.

He may actually want to stay. He's settled, happy, just had a kid, so the improved terms that will be on offer might be enough for him.

Other than Dhanda, none of them looked up to much at Fir Park a few weeks ago...

Yeah, I know, that's why I said on paper. Especially thinking back to pre-season when the much-maligned Bair was signed along with an unknown Wilkinson and an injury-prone Obika. It really looked like we would struggle for goals and that County would have that edge over us. Fortunately it hasn't worked out that way so far.

James Scott is truly shite. It’s a sign of how appalling our season has been if we are a dozen or so points below a team with Scott and mandron as their strikers

And yet looking at Ross County's front three of White, Brophy and Murray with Dhanda behind them, I think that on paper that's arguably a better attacking lineup than what we have.

Probably we aren't allowed to. Pretty sure other fans have damaged the seats in the south stand also. Maybe Hibs fans from recollection. I could be wrong but I don't think it's just rangers and Celtic fans who have damaged the seats in that stand.

Not just because of the damage, generally speaking I mean. Just off the top of my head if the club were allowed to charge uglies fans an extra fiver per lice-ridden head then that would be £22,500 more in gate receipts. The McLean Stand holds 4,500 I think?

Other away fans can pay the same as the home fans as there are significantly less of them, they have further to travel and they're slightly less odious so we'd want to encourage them to come to Fir Park.

As far as the damages in the away stand are concerned it’s not the first time they’ve done this and the club should  report it to the SPFL and the SFA and ensure Celtic FC are charged for all repair and replacement costs. Then in future the club should:

    1) Refuse to admit Celtic fans to Fir Park; or

    2) Reduce their allocation to a rump; or/and

    3) Add a premium to the price of their tickets.

Is there any reason - legally or otherwise - why the club can't charge away supporters more than home supporters? Something the club should consider for those smelly bastards and the teddy bears too.

There he's again, the crowd didn't cheer when we scored, YES THEY DID. On another topic, this is a must win game, then this topic 1-1,Do you actually support Motherwell or just come on her to diss them. As I said, read this forum for a while before posting, but clearly what a pain in the Arse. (That comment is only an opinion)

We really need to win but, more than that, we really can't afford to lose. Playing on carpet is challenging at the best of times but with points so important for both teams that no-one is going to want to risk making a mistake. Could be a cagey, defensive game so 1-1 is a fair prediction. I'm going for 2-1 'Well though.

Spittal for me, thought he was solid all game, scored a great goal, special mention for Vale. Oh and Gent had a nightmare today, brutal all day.

Yet there are folk complaining that he was subbed. I agree that this wasn't his best game and that Celtic had a lot of crosses in from that side.

Sadly the club is in an absolute mess from top to bottom and Wednesday night is crucial to everyone apart from Kettlewell who has a job for life based on his win ratio and contract extension

Actually, based on his contract extension he has a job until May 2025.

It was a yes or no vote no? No other options?

Not at the moment. It's simply gauging opinion on whether or not we would be open to the idea of outside investment which would result in The Well Society holding less than 50% of shares in MFC.

Do doubt there will be further options once a preferred bidder has been decided upon and more details of the investment can be made official.

Because if if we are relegated he will have FAILED to achieve what  I am quite sure his mandate would have been. Simples !.

SK's mandate was also to cut costs by reducing the size of the first team squad.

There are a lot of factors at play here but what SK has achieved with such a small squad is remarkable. There is also no lack of fight within the squad, even when results haven't gone their way they have battled for 90+ minutes for every single point picked up along the way.

How many teams sack their manager after relegation? Do you have those statistics to hand?

Wouldn't touch that personally. Transfer fees are a huge part of our ongoing business model.

Also sounds an awful lot like the bid that was discussed quite a few years ago, which was mentioned on Wednesday.

Similar to the Dundee Utd model of a few years ago too and we can see where they are now.

Thanks for that. Any idea on what majority will vote for?

No idea. It's not a yes or a no for me at this point but I would like more information on the potential offers so I said yes to consideration.
