  1. Hopefully we can get at least a draw from this as I think that would keep our momentum going. I don’t think we are too down after that defeat since we acquitted ourselves pretty well for the most part. Great run of games in March if we can get something here. Next, Accies in a local derby then “6 pointers” against our rivals, Hibs and St Johnstone, battlin for 6th spot. COYW
  2. We do have a longer break before the next game after Killie so might be worth the risk of playing Aldred if he’s up to it.
  3. I’ve only been catching snippets but each time I looked I thought we were looking more composed on the ball than normal. Didn’t see the goals so can’t comment on that. But definately a blow loosing Aldred. Did we Have 11 on the field when they scored?
  4. Pretty impressive that we have 4 of our very own home grown players in the starting line up. Haven’t checked but I think you’d be hard pressed to fine another team in SPFL to match that nowadays. COYW
  5. Nice to see the sheep taking care of St Johnstone. A goal or two from Killie and a win for us tomorrow would be a great weekend
  6. I suppose when you’re getting good results, playing better and have a settled team there’s really not much up for discussion. Maybe we could talk about how Hastie and Ariyibi are going to run them ragged?
  7. I’m hoping that Hastie and Ariyibi will get a lot more room to run at the defense, more so than against teams we have played recently. I think if Celtic are pressing us hard our 2 wingers could cause them problems on the counter attack given a lot of space to work with and get in behind them. But been a Motherwell fan too long so you know I am dreading this game expecting to be brought back to earth with a bang after such a good run but you just never know. Probably by 2.55 on Sunday i’ll Be convinced we are going to win by 3 goals COYW
  8. Watched the highlights (they missed a few) several times and I’m still not sure what the goalie done to miss that ........ but i’m Glad he did. COYW
  9. Yes, I think he has settled into that right back position. He has taken some stick but I’d like to see us keep him. I also think it’s no surprise that other players are performing better in a settled team. Including Frear who has looked better in his recent appearances. But for man of the match, I’ll give that to Turnbull. Classiest player on the field by a mile.
  10. I think that should give Scott some more confidence. 1-1 in a game we really want to win and the manager pulls off Main and puts him on. A lot different than coming on the last 10 mins in a game that is already won. I’d like to see him get longer timebin a game and give him a chance to show what he can do
  11. I didn’t think it was that bad initially but then watching the replay, good call by the ref. On the red card
  12. I was so hoping that something like that didn't happen at the other end to make us lose the game, so all the more sweeter to see us snatch victory like that in the dying seconds. COYW
  13. i'd like to see us try and get the wingers more involved although having said that I think Ariyibi needs to make some better runs off the ball so we can give it to him. Once again Main having to fight for everything, we hardly ever give him a decent pass always seems to be 50/50 balls
  14. I thought livestream from home games was always our guys commentary
  15. I don’t know that I’d make out of bed at that time to watch the game
  16. I'm supposed to be on low carb but I think Sunday may be a cheat day so a wee roll or two might be in order
  17. I think it’s well within our capabilities to win this game. I’m going for 2-1 to super well.
  18. I don’t recall the details but just remember coming away from the game thinking that Gordon Banks really was great goalie after all.
