Just watched SPFL highlights on YouTube. Shows how well we contained and restricted Celtic. That was a very good performance from our boys.

I’m from the glass half full group. SK obviously set up to surrender possession and challenge Celtic to get past us. Didn’t quite work but he then changed players and got the equalizer. we can’t play that way every week but horses for courses, his approach to OF games seems to fair pretty well for the most part. Can he keep us tight at the back AND score goals? Remains to be seen but hopefully this is a huge confidence booster for the team.

Between Spencer and Kelly for me. Thought Spencer handled their attacks down the right, very well. Kelly had a terrific save on the first half to stop and own goal. Of course the penalty save. Overall he looked much more confident and alert so, for me Kelly just shades it.

Correct! hopefully this result is the turning point and we need to cement that turnaround with a long awaited 3 points and a good December to see us into the new year.

Slattery booked for dangling arm but Ralston fouls Motherwell player on purpose to stop counter attack and doesn’t even get a finger wagging. Great save by Kelly to stop OG. Two decent chances for us. Defending well but we all know it’s just a matter of time. Let’s see if we can stop giving ball away so easy and actually give Mika a pass that he can do something with.

Maybe or maybe not. They might be happy to get his wages off the bill and he might be happy to go back to his old stomping ground. I’d hope we would at least try if he was available.

Maybe Obika and Mika will be the magic combination up front to Lift us back up but need to cut down on the hoof balls. Ok to play over the top if Mika in a good position to run onto it but most of the time they are hit and hope(less)

Casey done his best on the left side of a back three if I remember correctly? So maybe we give Casey another chance and go back to a 3-5-2 Doesn’t have Bevis but I don’t recall us giving up goals so easily? Long balls are ok now and again but we need to give the forward players crosses, cut backs and through balls. SK had us playing well as a team keeping our shape and moving/transitioning back and forth between defense and attack. Looks like he has panicked now and reverted to hoof ball for Beireth to chase and we are all over the place with bugs gap all over the place. As someone mentioned get back to basics and tweak it from there!

If he plays, are we playing 3,4 or 5 at the back and who do we drop?

I read that as 98 goals but I’m sure that’s not the message 😄
