  1. Probably enough been mentioned already.
  2. Not that strange, Foster was in charge. ‘Gardening leave’ may best describe why he’s not been around or club announcing any parting of the ways.
  3. No, currently Jim Paterson
  4. Sadly, a few including Giles and Bear have passed. Was taken on the bus with Drew Moore. Not seen him in years, but, his son and grandsons are regulars ‘up by’ as are Giles’ family.
  5. Rejoice. That’ll be no more strange DM’s.
  6. An upgrade would be a stretch methinks even on Balmer. I’m against loaning from another in the same league generally, we’d lose the player for 3 possibly 4 games as it stands.
  7. Way down the pecking order after Liam Scales. Let that sink in.
  8. Fair summation. JBA will learn more from today.
  9. Creeper’s gonna creep I suppose
  10. Drole, even for you. For someone who went a little overboard in claiming you know me a couple of seasons back you could answer your own question.
  11. Apparently 👍 Like I say, bit of a stretch.
  12. What offer was this? Bit of a stretch enquiring about player availability and transfer fees.
  13. Generalisation for you, an informed opinion from extensive experience from a few levels inside and outside the clubs. i’d wager I’m not the only one who’d say same. Back to ins and outs.
  14. Foundations built on sand which were laid under both previous ownerships too come crumbling down. Losing their ‘elite’ academy status (which many like the Dundee clubs believed to be ill gotten) meant major loss of funding stream to operate. Don’t think the club envisaged that action. They’re not the first club in recent years to close or pause their academies. Queens Park who are every bit as renowned as Accies ceased their operation this year. Sign of the times? Unfair on ‘charlatan’ owner who’s no doubt made mistakes in those he’s employed to oversee operations when the known rogue who owns the ground gets a relatively free ride from those boycotting. Little sympathy for a support who hate us more than they love their own club.
  15. Bravo. Go to the top of the class
  16. Except he didn’t play with Murray…
  17. Referring to the horrendous patter quoted it is. The term I used previously has been pointed out elsewhere and I hold my hands up.
  18. Used as leverage rather than rejected.
  19. And the likelihood is that’s wide of the mark. The Daily Recard no closer.
  20. Pragmatism? It’s certainly media savvy and the sensible approach. What’s to say the signings wished for are not long term goals as much as investing in club infrastructure? Think we are well placed.
  21. 🙄 It’s called protecting your asset, not sweating it
