  1. £50k for a proven spl defender and a promising GOALSCORING midfielder isnt too bad at all,esp when ur squads thinner than Homer Simpsons hair. To be honest im not too bothered bout losing MacKay but Davidson could bite us on the arse, tall, powerful box to box midfielder,6 goals in 32 games from mid,and 20 years old. thats the kinda guy who will net St Johnstone a tidy prifit next summer if he has a decent season in the SPL, something id have thought we would be more interested in

That BBC report was interesting tho, So next year were gonna have a team full of youth players/ That will be the same youth players MMG reckons are not good enough for SPL football just now?

good point mate about davidson being a sellable in the future i was thinking the same weve definately missed the boat on that one.were on the verge of losing smith and hughes and possibly mclean and if klimpl doesny sign permanantly and with the loan players leaving our squad is gonna be tiny.it is worrying if we canny even compete with the likes of st johnstone but hopefully mcghee can get a few players in

  2. did dundee no have a bid of 150k accepted for leigh griffiths but he rejected the move.if we could afford that id like to see us go for him he seems a good prospect and somebody that you could sell on in the future for a profit

  3. have any of our players that are out of contract at the end of the season been offered new deals.i hope big boab goes and we use his wages to keep to keep stevie hughes.i did hear were after leigh griffiths fae livingston he looks a good young players thats scored a few goals this season

  4. tonight was probably the toughest fixture weve had since weve been on our unbeating run.gutted though cause we deserved somethin from the game we just didny have any luck on the night.3rd place looks to be gone now but the players have been brilliant the last weeks and im sure can keep up our good form to the end of the season.as for hearts playin one up front at home and he was a midfielder whats that all about

  5. ewna cameron hasny a clue about football all he does is suck up to old firm fans and slag off hibs.this is the guy towards the end of last season that said live on air the mcghee had 100% signed for hearts and that 4 or 5 of our players were goin with him.fuck off cameron yer a wind up merchant and no a very good one

  6. strange choice of tactics fae mcghee in the first half and that showed in our play cause we were awful first half.second half was much better when we went two up front and sheridan looks like he could be a really good player for us.its a game we shouldve won as for st mirren they would get football stopped with there negative tactics

  7. suttons best work is done inside the penalty box where he can go and attack cross balls.so having another winger on board who can put crosses in is a good idea.i remember teale destroyed us a few years ago playing for ayr.i think it would be a good signing if it comes off

  8. what a great all round performance thats as good a result as weve had since mark mcghee came to the club.confidence and beleive look to be back amongst the players and it was good to see us so clinical in front of goal.well done the management and the players keep it goin lads

  9. tough choice for the board to make if a bid of 200k has come in for porter.i hope we let it go right to the end of the transfer window where well either get a bit more for him or he stays until the end of the season

  10. i hope we tell hearts to get tae fuck if they come in for ports albeit i dont think hed want to go to hearts anyway.hes coming into form again so i hope we keep him until the end of the season.if a bid of 250k came in then id be tempted to sell him now or try and get him to sign on for another season

  11. im happy with the draw u canny ask for much more than a home tie.hopefully the players dont look to far ahead and get through the inverurie game without any problems.i see rangers and celtic got there usual draws against lower league teams jammy bastards

  12. hohoho

smacks of hypocrisy this board, the same people calling us bitter are the same ones who whined about mccormack going on the cheap to baadiff instead of signing a new deal with "mighty" motherwell. apart from rangers and celtic spl is a tinpot league and the clubs in it would do well to cope in league one...i mean if players like will haining, dean holden, chris killen can cut in that league then it doesn't say very much at all does it!!! and the fact rangers were one of the clubs windass turned down, to sign for "a shitty league one club" hahaha oh when the blues!

ah well, as you were i'll leave you to it.

    carry on

    tra.

spl clubs would walk it down in league one its more like oldham would struggle to get out the first division up here.it doesny say much for oldham when you lost one of your best players to a club like st mirren.ports when he signed said he was wanting to play to come to the spl cause its a much higher standard than league one.we all know rangers are skint but there is no way they wouldve been after windass stop talkin pish

  13. Unfortunately I can't see us being unable to offload Bob Malcolm as I can't think of anyone who would want to take him. Unless someone's going to pay him, he's not going to leave.

how much is big boab payin paid every week does anybody know

  14. Hearts are a bigger and better club than Motherwell. If Hearts were to make an acceptable bid he would be very interested in a move to Edinburgh.

porter will have no interest in hearts he came up here to improve his game and go back down south after two years.what do you want a quality striker like ports for anyway yous have the goal machine that is callum elliott back now

  15. Just wondering if anyone knows how the big man is doing on his road to recovery, is he training yet and when is he due to return?

he was on the bench against st mirren mate.he was out doing a lot of running at the warm up quite a bit before the rest of the team came out for theres

  16. St Mirren have not long told us they'll be making a few hundred available for the 'Well section tomorrow.

They'll be on sale from the Ticket Booth at the away gate from tomorrow morning!
