I was questioning why SOD was not in the team seeing as we are so short in numbers at the back, but that performance tonight really has me baffled, can someone actually try and play that badly and if so,why?

The sooner he fucks off at the end of the season the better,im not a fan of mcginn at left back but atleast he would try a leg,o'donnell looked totally uninterested from the start.to think we're relying on guys like him to get us out the mess were in shows how much were in dire straits.

As I said earlier the minimum we should be doing is making it difficult for our opponent, when was the last time we did that?

Spot on,were the easiest team around to play against, the last two home games say it all,two teams on bad runs have came to fir park and we have went down with barely a whimper with nisbet scoring the easiest hattrick he will ever get.

I've applauded my team off the park after a defeat on a few occasions just for showing fight and desire, but I'm sorry,i left tonight shaking my head at what I'd witnessed, absolutely nothing, not one leader among them,I fear for us now

Exactly, were motherwell fans we don't expect to be treating to silky football every week but a bit of fight and effort is the least that should be shown which will always go a long way in the league that were playing in but this lot are giving us absolutely nothing to get behind,I honestly think we're doomed.

We have no leaders and no winners there at all. I think those players are resigned to failure as soon as they step on a park.
I just don’t see this changing, even with a new manager. We are in a real mess.

This is the biggest bunch of losers we have ever had, look at O'Donnell tonight,he gets back into the team and didn't look interested from the start, the ball was running under his feet,he was passing the ball either out the park or to the opposition, fucking shambolic all round.

If Hammell has any principles he'll quit tonight. The players aren't playing for him and 5 months without a home win is shameful.

He was dealt a shite hand and was badly let down by Burrows in his first transfer window but he's not going to win us any games and we need to try and stay up.

That's a horrific stat,to go that long without a home win in this league is a disgrace and the sad thing is we could easily not win another game at home this season were that bad.

Stevie has no clue about how he wants us to play. He just hasn't got the knowledge or tactical awareness. Also chopping and changing players every week. The people who really carry the can for this debacle are Burrows and the board. Now I know why Burrows jumped. Deserting a sinking ship which he helped to build.

Agreed, hammell wasn't what we were needing at the start of the season and he certainly isn't now,the decision makers should never have put him in charge and realise there mistake and do something about it,we should do what aberdeen did with goodwin and remove him minutes after the final whistle.

  7. I was disappointed when watt left and we definitely missed him,I've got no real problem with leaving for more money,we would all do the same.i don't see us signing him though. everything seems to be going against us at the minute if we're now having to use more of the budget on another striker cause mandron is injured already.

Why can everyone see the problem is the midfield and yet he has signed nobody in that particular department and keeps playing Goss and Slattery, who were both atrocious today. He must know he has no other option, so why not sign anyone to play the 6 or 8 role? It doesn’t matter how many forward options you have if you have no midfield behind them to create or protect. Kerr was a midfielder, how can he not see it?

The midfield that hammell keeps going with is absolutely dire, the biggest problem is that none of them are mobile, they can't get forward to offer anything in attack and are nowhere to be seen to give the back four any protection.goss and spittal are shite bags and slattery lunges into tackles and gets booked, like you say kerr being a midfielder himself should be able to pick up on the obvious but the same goes for hammell being a defender and yet he doesn't do anything about or comedy defending every week, you really do wonder what we work on all week in training.

    Why is Alexander to blame

This whole farce of a season lays firmly on the shoulders of those upstairs and nobody elses. They went for cheap and cheerful lets give it to a club legend, get the fans back onside everything will be fine.

It has been a farce.theres no way motherwell sack a manager for losing a european tie, even to the likes of Sligo, there must have been real doubts about alexander coming into the new season but yet he was allowed him to use some of the budget to sign crap like morris and a pointless signing in mcginn.to then go from that to appointing a complete rookie management team,it's been one mistake after the other from those in charge of the club and we can only hope that the biggest mistake isn't still to come in the form of relegation.
