I'm by no means saying we should be hunting alexander but he needs to start getting things right and quick or the hard work put in before the break is going to count for nothing.we have went from a fairly organised side that was decent defensively,maybe not great to watch but definitely effective to a team that is shambolic in only a few weeks.the constant chopping and changing has to stop,I get when things aren't going well,making changes and looking for the answers is an easy thing to do but at the minute it isn't the solution,get your best 11 on the park and ride it out and hopefully we turn the corner as soon as possible.confidence and fitness looks to be completely gone at the minute,we need a big result and saturday would be the perfect time for it.

I'll give you that having watt on the left,I would definitely take that now.agreed there isn't two forwards in the squad that you would think could potentially make a decent pairing in a two.one up front would be a disaster,hoof ball stuff and no runners from midfield would be even worse than what were witnessing right now.i really think we're going to rue not bringing in another central striker and January.

The sooner we get away from this play anywhere across the front three shite the better,it's a myth,we've had nobody that's been good at playing across the front three in recent times,as soon as we got shot of the likes of hylton and seedorf that should have been the end of it.

Spot on,he would graft his balls off every game as well,setting the tone for others round about him,there's to many going through the motions right now and in need of a serious boot up the arse.

Midfield has been poor all season but before the split we looked reasonably solid and had watt as our main goal threat,it wasnt pretty at times but it was effective,were now a shambles at the back and have zero threat up front.if you don't score goals,you don't win games and we now have the problem where it looks like all it will take is one goal and were beaten.

We're a shambles,the manager changing 3 and 4 players every game and formations like there going out of fashion is really hindering us.since the break we look like a group of players that have never set eyes on each other before.

Spot on,you don't let your top scorer leave without having someone lined up to come in,we have had our fingers burnt here.

I agree,getting in the right replacement for watt was always going to be tough in January but to strengthen a direct rival by giving them arguably our best player for a 100k was a massive gamble that is going to backfire on us.if we couldn't get a suitable replacement we should have kept him,we are the only losers in the watt deal.

Letting watt go was one thing,it was clear alexander wanted him gone but to not replace him was criminal,we are missing him big time,the 100k we got will be meaningless come the end of the season.

We don't deserve to be behind but hard luck stories won't put points on the board.we need a big second half performance but our lack of any real cutting edge is worrying.

The number of changes we are making every game is getting beyond a joke,we need a settled 11 if we're to have any chance of getting any sort of form going.

With hibs and aberdeen playing the old firm a win here would be huge for us.team selection and formation is anybody's guess.we really need to start finding a bit of form and ideally this is the game to do it.i would settle for a point the now.

Ojala is head and shoulders above carroll and should be playing before him,were in a tricky spot right now and need our form to settle and the best way for that to happen is having our better players on the pitch,which ojala is.

I don't think he's under any pressure but alexander needs to start putting a settled team on the park,there far to much chopping and changing being done.we really need to find a bit of form from somewhere or our season could unravel pretty quickly.

I think ojala has been on the bench every game since coming back from the break,I don't get why he isn't in the team,for me he's our best defender.theres to much chopping and changing going on,alexander needs to settle on a formation and stick to it and get our best players into it like ojala.

Really poor from us today,we know we're playing a team with better players,that's nothing new it's always been the case but the last thing we should be doing is making it far to easy for these better players,nobody can stop you running about on the park but there was to many occasions where our players just seemed to be strolling about rather than busting a gut to do basic stuff.since coming back from the break we look like a team that's struggling for fitness,there's to many players look out on there feet by about 60 minutes,I know we had a covid outbreak on the lead up to the county game,could that be the cause.

They have better players but that shouldn't stop ours from ball watching and letting players just run off them,there's no excuse when the basics aren't being done right.

Spot on,results have went our way since the break,we can't keep relying on that to happen,as it won't.i don't expect anything from today but we really need to sort out form out and quick.

Any joy were likely to get is by pressing them high at back,stand off them and let van veen get isolated and we've had it.we badly need midfield runners in this game,hopefully alexander will give cornelius the instruction to get forward.

I actually thought about jim hamilton when I was typing that post about tait,he acted like a complete areshole throughout that game where he smashed craigan,he was smiling at the east stand as craggs was on the floor.

I'm not surprised tait put in a tackle like that last night,I think it was his first game back at fir park after leaving,he done one of our players with a nasty tackle,it was karma his school boy defending cost his team the three points.tierney seems to have settled really quickly,that was a quality finish,it's early days but we might just have won a watch with his signing.

Decent point in the end but it shouldn't hide the fact that was another really poor performance,we look like a team that has ran out of ideas.i get alexander is trying to find a solution with his team selections but the sooner we get a settled team starting games the better.
