This is absolute rubbish. I am sorry. We have lost Bair and Spittal as you know and we have other injuries to contend with too. But it's not time for him to go. That is ludicrous. Hes to go because we didn't beat Partick today? By the way I don't think you are a troll or a pant wetter but seriously. I'll back Kettlewell till I can't anymore and that certainly won't be after today.
I agree. Just because we should have signed someone doesn't mean that we were going to get a player to replace Spittal just at the time we needed it who wanted to come to us for the terms we are going to be offering
We've just sold Bair and it's obvious we need a few more additions - next week will be a challenge though, because Partick scored six. However as you say I'd rather be a Motherwell fan than a Hibs fan this evening. I'll take the win particularly after the showing the other night.
Because it's tradition, expected maybe. I agree with you. I saw a couple of months ago that one club, don't think it was in Scotland wasn't changing it's kit this year - due to concerns that fans might not be able to afford it.
Kettlewell said last night post match that he was looking to add at least one more possibly two to the front line.
Surely part of the issue as has been discussed before is that we tend to land loans late on in particular ones we get from down south - if we need to get players in on loan it potentially won't happen for another few weeks. Biereth and Spencer didn't come in last year until August, Gent at the beginning of September.
How do we pay for these new players given that Kettlewell said tonight that he doesn't expect to see much of the Bair transfer cash? I expect we are looking at loans or players we can get on a free transfer?
You're completely right. It's obvious players aren't up to speed. Even when we won the last two games that was obvious. We are missing Spittal. Bair and in my view Slattery. Talking about punting Kettlewell on any level due to tonights result is completely ludicrous. We aren't the only team who have dropped points against opposition on that on paper we should have beaten
Where did you see that? The official site said undisclosed but Kettlewell said yesterday that the original offer of 1.25 didn't match Motherwells valuation.
