We lie at the right end of table half way through a season which we thought would consist of boys playing for our club!
We lost a fair few players which we regarded to be very good!
We brought in a manager who we thought at the time was a master stroke by Boyle!
We lie above teams that in the last few years we have been battling against to stay up!
We have had a few bad results in the last few weeks! It happened last season it will happen again!
Give the guy a break!

Yes, that right, lets get rid of John Boyle and get a Vladimir Romanov type figure in! I work beside jambos and they are just waiting for the day when he walks out on Hearts and they are left with nothing.
John Boyle put his own money into the club. We were left with no huge debt unlike other clubs. He had to put us into administration because the expenses were spiralling out of control thanks to a certain Mr Nevin.
Don't forget he paid for Porter and Hughes out of his own pocket and no doubt has put his money into the club in other ways which we are unaware of.
I really can't understand people who criticise John Boyle because he is a Motherwell supporter and has the best interest of the club at heart. If we were to mount a concentrated campaign to oust him god help us!

Hammell deal is off. Unless something fairly dramatic happens, he'll be staying.
the deal was never on in the first place he had no interest in moving to any of st mirren dundee or accies, he wants to stay at the moment! no interest in leaving and is under contract!

He might not be 100% happy at the moment but for what it's worth I think he may well be here till January at least

is it just me or does he look more like a sutton type of player than a mccormack/clarkson type of player, given his height obviously?.

From my previous posts you will know I am friendly with a few players, there's no point coming on pretending I have a source who said.....
I'll not however say what player said so, but as I stated in a previous thread mcghee only had one persons future in mind when he was the well manager and it was his own, Strachan told him he was a shoe in for the Celtic job almost guaranteed, Quinn,slane,hutchison and hughes were sounded out about how they would feel going to Celtic, Clarkson told that if he continued the way he was going he had every chance of a move there, but would have to be hitting the twenty mark this season as well! Point is he was pretty much certain he was going to Celtic and was trying to take what he thought was worth taking
Motherwell was a stepping stone aberdeen will be the undoing of mr mcghee

mcghee was definetly building for the future! his own!, slane to celtic, quinn to celtic, there were a couple of players influenced to consider the tic as a future club. i know this for sure. looking after himself when he made the move across there as manager.
oh thats right mowbray got the job!

yep congrats your right, unfortunetly you dont win a prize though!. for those who just want to know and dont like the teasers, in addition to kinniburgh and mcdonald,corrigan, mclean hammell, clarkson and rab mckinnon also read these that i know of. im sure though there are a lot more players that would have a peek. in relation to what melvin said i think its only human nature that players would be gutted to see any of us slagging them off, albeit this forum is all about opinions, but im sure if we had more positive comments than we would negative it would only be on a whole to the benefit of the team.

Atleast he isn't just putting up a | or a bit of a curve and making you guess it's a D like the strip teasers we had.
to be fair I think that is a more fun way than just coming out and saying who they are, sure makes work go in faster! My sense of enjoyment and passing the time really is top notch! I know of six players who read it one current and five ex players. Clue number two I'd tell you but one of them would be hopping mad!
Don't think sailor got my earlier clue, think he has took the huff because I just didn't come out and say who it was!

he just signed for thistle was at Ek thistle for a while Im pretty sure, scored a couple on his debut last week but having just signed for them I think we would b a bit of a quick step up!
