    Cup Final Tickets

I'm actually a bit surprised that there are still genuine 'Well fans on this forum who haven't gotten hold of a ticket somehow.
  2. I'd happily forfeit a victory or draw on Sunday to see Celtic win the title, thus ensuring another European adventure for us next season. My gameplan would be to let Celtic go two goals up then start kicking hell out of their most influential players On a serious note, I'd love to see a Motherwell win, as it'll set us up nicely for the final, helping to plant a seed of doubt in their minds.
  3. I wonder how you got a 1991 cup final progamme signed by Tommy McLean?
  4. I'd be happy with any kind victory, although it'll more than likely be too late to do anything by way of improving our league position.

    Cup Final Tickets

I was down at the park yesterday and happened to notice that the ticket office was rather chaotic. People wanting more adult tickets for the family section than they were allowed etc. Happy days!
  6. It would appear that plans to show our game with Kilmarnock on ALBA tomorrow night have been scrapped in favour of the St Johnstone vs Hamilton game tonight.
  7. I suspect that if the shirt had seen a clear move away from the recognisable Motherwell colours and/or design we would have seen a lot of people complaining about that fact. The shirt looks excellent, and all parties involved deserve recognition for the work put in.

    Cup Final Tickets

If you don't think we'll sell out our allocation then why are you worried? Surely you dad would get a ticket no bother?
  9. We get a cracking new anniversary shirt and folk are mumping & moaning as usual
  10. The only reason I mention it is because I got myself a season ticket for next season at the shop in Brandon Parade, and the woman who served me made a big deal of telling me to keep my receipt as this was the only way I had of proving that I'd actually bought & paid for my ticket. It may have been different at the ticket office, but I'd still double check that when you get the chance.
  11. Hold the phone, you didn't get a receipt? That is a bit strange to be honest. How can you actually prove that you bought a season ticket?

    Cup Final Tickets

Have we even got a total of tickets sold thus far? An official total that is.

    Cup Final Tickets

So, what's the procedure for those who want tickets for the final now? Are the club ringing those who are successful in the ballot? Or is it a case of queue up tomorrow morning and hope for the best?
  14. I've just retitled this to make it the actual match discussion thread, although I wouldn't blame any 'Well fan for avoiding actual match threads in the run-up to the cup final. It appears that the majority of the players are avoiding actual matches until the cup final.
  15. If you've already chosen your seat and paid your money then you'll be fine. Like Andy said, you'll probably get it through during the close season.
  16. If we play anything like we did today we can more than likely look forward to not just losing the final, but being humiliated. Performances like the past two games simply aren't good enough, especially when fans are parting with their hard earned to support the team.
  17. Game over I fear. McCall needs to boot some arses before the cup final. These lads think they're on holiday already.
  18. A bit of a farce, really. I understand that we're in the cup final and all of that, but punters are still paying good money to watch this nonsense. It's time they got the finger out.
  19. Judging by the commentary it would appear some of our players already have an eye on the cup final.
  20. I've seen this said a few times, yet have never actually seen any season ticket holders going mental when the prices are reduced at the gate.
  21. It looks like Hammell is out, and Humphrey is a doubt. McCall has also said he's already looking forward to the cup final, which is fair enough, but we still have games to win and a chance at finishing 5th.
  22. As I mentioned in the original post, a draw tomorrow coupled with Killie taking nothing from their game with Celtic would see us playing them midweek at home to jump into 5th spot. This game is important if you consider finishing 5th to be worth something.
  23. Have you got a good seat Sieb?

    Craig Brown

Bang on the money there Tony.
  25. Anyone who's looking to renew this season will need to be on their toes, as if the club has no note of you, or doesn't ask you to renew your seat there will be new season ticket holders who may take your seat if the club are under the impression you're not renewing.
