  1. As I mentioned in the original post, a draw tomorrow coupled with Killie taking nothing from their game with Celtic would see us playing them midweek at home to jump into 5th spot. This game is important if you consider finishing 5th to be worth something.
  2. Have you got a good seat Sieb?

Bang on the money there Tony.
  4. Anyone who's looking to renew this season will need to be on their toes, as if the club has no note of you, or doesn't ask you to renew your seat there will be new season ticket holders who may take your seat if the club are under the impression you're not renewing.

Why didn't you ask them to move on?
  6. Where did you hear that? I was told by a few Celtic-supporting mates that this rumour was invented as a cheapshot at us after Rangers beat us 5-0 last week. Maybe it's made it's way onto the various Celtic forums and grown from there?
  7. Didn't Arsenal go down the same route with their anniversary shirt and have a sponsor on it?
  8. Please tell me it'll be remaining without a sponsor?

The truth is, if someone stands in front of someone, blocking their view of the game they'll more than likely be getting politely asked to sit the fuck down. They've paid their hard-earned just the same as the rest of us, and are entitled to make use of their seat if they see fit. Hampden isn't a standing stadium, and I'm fairly sure the stewards will be enforcing that rule once the game kicks off. Hopefully they won't be enforcing the rule too much in the signing section though, which is where I'll be. I'd imagine that everyone will be standing there.

Everybody won't be standing though, that's a certainty. Once the game kicks off there'll be folk who want to sit down and watch the game, which will result in complaints being made if those in front of them are standing up all the time. It's not 1991 anymore

Apart from the guy next to you who has your mate shouldering into what little space he has to stand in.
  12. Aye, I don't mind talking about them. I'm talking about the section in the first post that lists players we're rumoured to be going for.
  13. I quite like the idea of being able to see who we've signed, although I wouldn't bother with the rumours section. We'll be linked to shitloads of players between now & August, and I probably won't pay attention to 99% of the rumours.

Haven't Celtic already drawn their ballot for their season ticket holders?

I have to imagine that both sale areas will see most of their custom at lunchtime and after 4 o'clock or so from today forwards as most people are now back at work. Yesterday was a bank holiday, so the place was always going to be packed.

I wouldn't get too nervous about it at the moment Del. I'm still sure that everyone who tries to get a ticket for this game will be able to get one. One thing I wouldn't do is pay over the odds for a ticket.

I personally think it's good to see the club using some common sense and getting the most out of a situation.
  18. Or maybe it's because we didn't have the internet to facilitate our moaning back then? We had to make do with moaning at our family & those around us in the line for tickets.

    Cup Final Tickets

Indeed. It'll be interesting to see how many season tickets they've shifted for next season.
  20. There may very well be mate, your best bet is to phone after the cup final ticket madness has subsided.

    Cup Final Tickets

Aye, there's no chance of that being the case. If sales are good I can see the number of tickets being allocated to each ballot name being restricted, which would be fair though. Was there a limit on the number you could ask for in the ballot?
  22. I'm not too sure, but I doubt it mate. You'll maybe have to wait until you get your matriculation card.

I agree there, there really is no need for more than two tickets per book. I bought a ticket for both me & my mate, and the other two went into a pool for non-season book holders who are getting the bus with us, which will at least see them end up in the hands of Motherwell fans.
