  1. Quinns crossing though usually took place as a diagonal ball from 10 yards inside the opposition half. It was probably about as succesful as Yaas bombing to the bye line and sclaffing it to their first defender. I'de take Quinn over Yaas though. IMO.
  2. Fur fucksake! I hope you just forgot to put in the sarcastic smilie? Craigan getting classed with Best and Giggs!
  3. Watch it again mate. When the ball gets cut across the face of goal, yaas is on his tod in the centre, with two rangers players behind him at the back post waiting to stroke it home. Yes i agree about Cubfoot and Hammell being the cause but Yaas and his lack of ability to pick up his man, were clearly implicit in the goal as well.
  4. Well there you go. As blatant an example of Motherwell tinted specs you'll see. If he wasn't involved in goal number 4 then what the fuck was he doing standing on his tod in the middle of the goals letting two rangers players race in unmarked behind him?? Just having a wee holiday in the 6 yard box? We can't afford any passengers, especially not away at the home of the champions of Scotland. To be honest that pretty much sums up yaas. He is often to be found nowhere near his man, even when he is back defending. He looks lost and is roasted far too often. Case in point Driver in the last 15 minutes v Hearts.

Yep. A new contract for Slane would have us forget all about JOB.
  6. Yes it was Ruddys fault, no arguament from me, but Yaaas didnt bother to even attempt to close down the player who fired the long ball in. Was it yaas's fault? No, was he partly responsible? Yes.
  7. Have a look at the highlights. He is complicit in goals 3 and 4. Look at his positioning and standing off his man before the long ball goes in for the third goal. Yaas doesnt bother his arse to try and close it down, he's happy enough to fart about above the half way line. Goal 4. Who exactly is he marking? He's the man at the back but yet lets two rangers players in behind him. Fair enough if he's going to win the ball, but if he's not sure of that then he has to stay with the two opposition players and not give them both an empty net to fire into. As I said, I have not been a yaas critic on these boards until yesterday, but enough is enough. He is fucking gash!
  8. Sadly Im not, I think Gannon seems to rate him and he'll pull out the stops to try and keep him.
  9. Eh? What game were you at? He may not have been the only 'well player directly responsible for any of the goals but the number of times he was caught up the park fannying around, leaving gaping holes which needed another defender to cover which sometimes didnt even happen, led to some of the goals and certainly more scares. From where I was sitting, when he was beaten up the park, you could actually see the look on his face that he really couldnt be arsed getting back into position. He was also lucky he didnt give away a pen. It might be the vouge thing to slate yaaas, but when you are playing the fucking champions who have just came off a thumping away win against the leagues form team, then you don't play some liability who doesnt have any sence of positional awareness, or if you do then you drill it into him that Ibrox in the form they are in, is not the place to go cavalier attack.
  10. I have stayed out of this yaass judgement thread for a while because even though he cant cross the road, i thought he was providing an outlet for us. But......... He is a fucking liability and yesterday he was fucking worse than usual. So many times caught far too far up the pitch and not bothering his arse to get back, so many times not knowing who was his man to mark, and then to cap it off when rangers scored their second last one, Saunders pulled him up and Yaass got stuck into Saunders. I was sitting in the h*n end, 5 rows from the front, right in line with the 18 yard line, so this was going on infront of me. It took all my restraint from standing up there in amongst the vile hordes and giving Yaaas absolute pelters for being such a fucking waste of space! The sooner we punt this c**t the better!
  11. Christmas financial pressures ontop of mortgages and other commitments mean I can't justify paying to go to Ibrox, but since I was offered a free ticket if i sit in the home end, then of course Im going to take it. Basically its rangers end or sit and listen to the wireless.
  12. One of my mates is an Ibrox Season Ticket holder, he's away to the darts this weekend so he's passed me his ticket. Whilst its not going to be much fun sitting in with the hordes, at this time of year when my money is getting spent here there and everywhere, its a welcome relief. Plus, i can walk to Ibronx in 25mins from my flat. Dont know how I'll feel if we actually pull a win out and I can't celebrate it though.
  13. Get a grip. Why would Nicky Weaver leave Dundee United to come to the 'well??
  14. Any club shop folk know if they are expecting short sleeved away tops in large, in before christmas?
  15. Why not? Retards read those rags, and retards post on these boards!
  16. At least 10? The guys scoring rate is impressive but remember it is non-league!
  17. ^ Dallas is the Referee Development Officer for the SFA so I don't see a problem with Gannon sending the complaints to him.
  18. Are you sure? I thought Dallas was appointed as some special reff liason role by the SFA. I think he also goes around all the grounds and has talks with the squads about any new rule decree's and how they will be enforced by the team of referee's he represents.
  19. Aye, maybe Gannon should send his da, to chap Dallas' door!
  20. I don't see a problem with saying the flags shite, if it actually is. And this one is. The forbes one is good and the guys involved should be proud of that one. Good feedback when its deserved, negative feedback when its deserved. Nothing wrong with that.
  21. From what I witnessed last week, its not just fitbaw journo's that make shite up. A contract Im working on just now put out a press release last week. I read the official release, and I have since read 3 different papers taking the release and adding on whatever they felt like to the story, most of it was pretty unfounded. The majority of it will bear absolutley no resemblence to any final recomendations I make. However now the press have ran with nonsence, the public will have an expectation. Just to re-iterate, it wasn't a football story/issue.
  22. It is getting annoying but to be honest considering where we were at the end of June and where we thought at that point this season would go, we have got to be happy. Jamie Murphy has really come onto a game now Gannon has been playing him in the hole. JOB however is not effective through the middle. He needs to be hugging the touchline IMO. What is really annoying is that we know how shite everyone else in the league is, and if we had of converted some of these draws against 10 men teams into wins, we would be in a right handy position. I do however think if we can keep Gannon, we will have a cracking season next year.
  23. So really, since no one said anything about them being morally superior poor wee souls, you are just constructing straw men to suit your arguament. Cool.
  24. Who's suggested that soldiers are highly moral poor souls?? They are trained killing machines! They don't get to choose which wars they have to fight in, I believe is the point the poster was making.
  25. Because I have a comfy lifestyle which includes living and working 15 miles from the stadium so can get to most home games hence why I have a season ticket. I don't get shot at for a living nor go off to fight in wars that I probably don't believe in. These guys are brave, they do a job that a lot of people wouldn't and probably couldn't do. At the moment they probably won't be available to get full use of any season tickets anyway due to tours of duty, postings and whatever the forces word for shift work is. So I see no reason why 30 season books shouldn't be available for general forces use. Its a general thankyou for the work they do. Work which appears at times from reading this board and other sources, to be under appreciated. Anyway, its only 30 tickets, its not worth getting your knickers in a twist because you don't get in free. If the club was to make 30 tickets available to the job centre to pass out, or the emergency services, I wouldn't have any problem with that either.
