The double save from the corner was straight at him. Didn't see the save from Bowman cause of the stream jumping.
I'm only really interested in what our players do and Samson got us the point.
Shocking not score a second considering how much of a shambles they were at the back. A complete lack of composure from our forwards, particularly McDonald. Bringing on Blyth was unbelievable.
A couple of great saves from Samson got us the point.
Great half should be more than one ahead.
The Rangers TV commentators are talking some amount of pish. Hopefully Derek Parlane's carer gets him home ok.
If we had beat United that night we would have been 2 points behind with 2 games left to play. Looking at Soccerbase Rangers had two home games one of which was against Raith so it was a long shot.
Beating Rangers at Fir Park in April got our hopes up a bit. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BeFtQ5mvwbw
Well considering he played in a defence which made multiple clean sheet records that pretty obvious.
The main problem some particularly vocal individuals had with Hateley is that they couldn't keep themselves from reading him and his birds twitter and getting wound up.
There could be a clause where we could pay him off cheap in May.
It's worth remembering back to when Barraclough was appointed and his contract status was top secret. The club like a bit of smoke and mirrors.
We paid money for Bowman and Frear.
I don't claim to have a crystal ball but I do think it's common sense that we should be trying to sign players from as many areas as possible rather than just non league English football or those about to drop into it. We've signed one outfield player (in the loosest sense) playing in Scotland in the past three years. We haven't signed any foreign players since Anier. We need to be spreading the net as wide as possible.
Every team will have failures but I would be extremely surprised if any of the teams we are competing with have wasted as much money as we have over the past few seasons.
Moult will be a great signing whether we sell him or not but when you consider the Marvin fee you have take into account the number of players we've signed recently who have contributed nothing who must have cost a fair amount.
The way to make the club financially stable is to build a solid team that can make the top six and progress in the cups. Marvin and Moult fees will mean absolutely nothing if we are relegated.
We are the only club in the league outside the Old Firm who are actually paying transfer fees for players.
The club in their wisdom have decided to try and outsmart the entire English league system by taking non league players who have already been rejected and then selling them to them. Unsurprisingly this has not been a success.
He obviously deserves a chance but if the end of the season comes and we are relegated hard questions will be asked of how we managed that considering the the chaos at Killie, Accies operating on a shoestring and Richie Foran.
I'd be interested to hear what reasons anyone has for believing that Robinson is going to reverse the decline of the first team we have all been watching since summer 2013?
I counted and Lasley won the ball eight times in the first half. That's a good 45 minutes for any midfielder.
Swap him for Clay or Lucas and the game is gone by half time.
You can't base the future of the club on one nightmare half and one decent half.
Robinson hasn't covered himself in glory here or at Oldham and rightly or wrongly won't be given a clean slate by the fans. The guy was involved in signing Joe Chalmers and took Barraclough to Oldham so me that rules him out.
We has three centre halves, two holding midfielders, Tait and Frear pushed up the park as wing backs, McDonald in centre mid and Bowman and Moult up top.
First half was like a 5-1-2-2.
