i heard that but i didn't believe it. hutchy has been a long time and he'll be the same as every other player we've had in the bosman era when a good offer comes in.

i don't think we are downsizing, the cost of anier and ainsworth increased so we moved bob and cummins out on loan to balance the books. if we lost 180k last season then you would expect it to me much worse this season with no cup income and less euro money plus no league sponsorship. there will be room for missteps like 2 year deals for mchugh and cummins and the likes of nielsen, mcfadden and lawson.

could they actually change it during the season though without unanimous agreement? it would be good to know where we stand this season.

celtic were assured of their league position and had champions league income so were financially secure. the other teams including us lost far more than they were expecting to and the league was extremely tight up until febraury (see ross county going from 11th to top six) so they decided to play it safe and boost every position.

does the 22% (800?) not apply to the full society members as a percentage of season ticket holders?

it's actually not that bad a result considering the rangers situation and the shite cup runs. i would expect this year will be far worse. the club are looking for more well society investment which is fair enough but are they doing anything to get a fairer split of prize money and voting rights? if rangers come back into the league with the same 11-1 rules in place it will be a disgrace.

it should be an exciting end to the season anyway and some game up there if were still close in the top six. the difference between the teams is they are much fitter than us which gives them the advantage as the game wears on. if we get them with fully fit squad and decent weather later in the season i think we'll take them. if kerr hadn't gotten injured yesterday i think we would have beat them.

there was a point in the second half where he watched considine then flood run into the box unmarked and never flinched. when a player is getting subbed off so sutton can do his marking for him you know he is a lazy prick. no wonder 13 teams didn't want him.

lasley was immense and he should be a contender for scottish poty but i voted for hutchy, incredible performance. Carswell, who looked like he was carrying a hip or groin injury, sutton, hammell and mcmanus left everything on the park as well.

his injury record over the past 3 years means it would be nuts to offer him a new contract. his time at fir park is up. signing dan to a long term contract just now would be daft. ideally get him now and give him until the end of the season and we should have a good idea what he is capable of and can plan long term from there.

teale and nevin should sort out their differences in a charity boxing match.

the standard of the league is a lot lower than when he was here previously. i think he will get goals. the guy kiss who is at county from cardiff has shown the impact a decent player can make now.

aberdeen are being linked with adam rooney. he would be a cracking signing and strengthen their weakest area, hopefully it falls through,

all we did was rattle long balls up at mcfadden and sutton which was hopeless. beyond that i didn't see much evidence of tactics. the formation was positive with two up top and ainsworth and vigurs playing their usual games.
