no one is saying we have to go there and get a result. if you read the thread prematch all anyone is saying we at least want to be positive, have a go at them and give the fans something to cheer, it was the same with everyone i spoke to at the match as well. we end up attacking at some point in every single one of these games without fail anyway so as someone else said earlier why not do it at 0-0? mccall's record in these fixtures can't get any worse so what have we got to lose by having a go?
-
it's says in the sun today that we've lost 21 out of 24 at parkhead and not scored in our last 7 visits losing them all. That is a terrible record and by far the worst of all our rivals. By my count mccall has had 4 games at ibrox, 5 at parkhead, 6 euro games and two at hampden against the old firm and we've managed 1 draw and 16 defeats scoring 1 solitary goal. It's time for new tactics in games where we are considered heavy outsiders.

how retarded are celtic fans? matthews breaks his collar bone hitting the ground and they blame lasley.
-
extremely disappointing. zero ambition until we were two nil and until they eventually scored we did little more than piss about the back with the ball. waiting until we were two nil down to put anier was baffling but mccall seems to like to let the opposition get well ahead before he changes anything. we made a few chances with anier and sutton up front but it was too little too late, mctcall might want to consider trying to score at 0-0 rather than two goals down the next time we're there. if we beat hearts it'll all be forgotten but it's a dear day out to watch us barely try and win. in future maybe the manager can let us know in advance whether we're going to try and win or not.

hammell had a decent game.

drop our hard working player for the laziest from the 11 that started the second half last week. Strange.
-
you're right. brines has definitely shafted us a few times though. the worst ref along with thompson.
-
it would be nice but what is that actually based on? getting subbed at half time against ross county for not tracking back and trying to dribble round their full team wasn't a good sign about faddy's form for me.
-
iain brines fucked us in the cup final by not sending off mastorivic. Blatant cheating. We've enough points on the board that we don't neef to worry about the result. Same team that started the second half on saturday with ainsworth and zfa watching izzaguire and matthews.

any news about an AGM?
-
i see erwin has had loan extended for another month. 4 goals in 4 games and he apparently played very well at ibrox even although he didn't score. he could be a big player for us in the future.
-
a point would be ideal but even a defeat isn't the end of the world. it will be a big test for the back 4 and hollis, hopefully mcmanus will raise his game at his old club. this is by far the least important game in october but if we take something it'll should give us a big boost going forward.
-
would anyone seriously drop anier for faddy? anier has been superb so far, he looks like scoring in every game he's played and is linking up with sutton as well as working his arse off. faddy is going to have to get fit if he doesn't want to sit on the bench for the remainder of his career.

they are all slow as well but make up for it in other ways. lawson looks great pinging passes left and right but doesn't create much. he's technically good but a liability off the ball which is why he has been stuck in the sfl for most of his career while diddies like derek young and brian kerr played in the top league. we were playing a very poor team last night and until they went down to ten men we hardly dictated the game at all.
-
lawson is a great passer of the ball but he's slow as a week in the jail which is why he's 29, never played outside scotland and made less than 30 top league starts. him and vigurs are the same as forbes in that they'll never be good enough to play in the top league unless they are playing in a formation that protects their lack of mobility.
-
he could turn out to be the greatest signing we never made.
-
imaginary coin throwing now this. scott burns must have suffered serious head tramua during the close season.
-
livi are bottom of the first and given how bad cowdenbeath were when we went there in preseason they must be awful. if we turn up with the correct attitude it should be straightforward.
-
unless we're playing celtic in a cup tie it should be 4-4-2 all the way to the end of the season. united have a terrible back four: watson - dillon - souttar - robertson. attack is the best form of defence for us in this game.
-
according to this police scotland have searched over 20,000 children since the merger so i don't think they are going to be losing too much sleep about these complaints.
-
we've unconvincingly beaten four bottom six teams and been gubbed by the two top six teams we've faced so the players have a bit to prove on saturday. Angol deserves to keep his place having created more than mcfadden or vigurs and will give us a bit more running in the middle of the park.
-
the police aren't scared of anything. they want it to look their are serious problems around football so they can tell the scottish government they need they more money and more overtime. it's a racket. you can guarantee the plainclothes matalan squad will be sitting in a tactical meeting today discussing a situation that a half competent high school assistant head teacher would have sort out in two minutes as if it was the london riots.
-
the smoke bomb on the other side of the boards was moved out the stand by a steward who then made an arse of putting out. I think they were daft to give the police an excuse by having smoke bombs but i'm certain no one threw one.
-
no one chucked a smoke bomb on the park. Thompson took the things had held together the till rolls off the park.
-
not a bad half but i don't like this diamond. Hopefully we'll see ainsworth. Shocking decision from thompson to give a pen, i think it was the far away linesman that over turned it.
