  1. I meant McGinn. I've never seen a player pass the straight to the opposition as much as he has over the past couple of months.
  2. I think we will struggle to replace Mugabi and if you look he's started in 6/8 of our wins plus the games we have defended well at Ibrox, Celtic Park and Easter Road. I'm not going to miss reading the lazy stereotypes of "nice guy but has a mistake in him". SOD, McGinn and Casey all have far more mistakes this season. As for why he's so much nicer than Shane Blaney or Barry Maguire I'll leave that to the psychiatrists.....
  3. The strange thing about this season is before the split we conceded 20 goals against the top 5 teams and 31 against the six teams outside the Euro spots. So 1.33 goals a game against the better teams and 1.72 goals a game against the bottom teams.
  4. Looks like a red card from this angle.
  5. It's not the club it's Kettlewell and Daws. We had an opportunity to get rid of them and chose not to. Now we are relying on them for probably our biggest ever rebuild. Kettlewell seems to know he's not got what it takes in the transfer market which is why he made no attempt to bring in a centre back in either window. Because of our poor business in the last two windows we are now looking at him needing to sign 6 or 7 players that contribute plus a few loans. There is zero reason to believe he can manage it.
  6. Since we won at Ibrox we've played five games and been in the lead for a single minute when Moses scored at Dundee. We haven't kept a single clean sheet and have conceded goals from being unable to defend corners in every game. We've scored 5 goals with the earliest one being at 74 minutes. We were hardly in good form before today.
  7. Aye it's the thought of O'Donnell, Kelly, McGinn, Halliday, Nicholson and Vale being here next season that worries me.
  8. I don't think that's true. For whatever reason his face doesn't fit with Kettlewell but when you look at the games this season where we have actually defended well Mugabi has been playing.
  9. Unless we get a new manager it won't make any difference. The players Kettlewell has brought in are far worse than the players he inherited.
  10. We concede far more goals from corners when Bevis isn't playing.
  11. I called it in advance that Kelly wouldn't be able to kick that into the box. Same spot as Las booted into the box from 10 years ago as well.
  12. It's almost as Oli Shaw is utter shite. And Kettlewell signed him for us twice.....
  13. He picks a defence that can't defend set pieces every single week. The guy is never a manager in a million years.
  14. Another goal from a corner. Kettlewell is an utter tit.
  15. That should be the end of Vale. He's nowhere near the required standard.
  16. Cleared off the line. Maybe we will get a point.
  17. Vale and Spittal are both useless. Davor being unable to play simple passes doesn't help either. If Aberdeen can get a shot on target that will probably settle it.
  18. I agree with that but all those players are 30 or older by the time the new season starts.
  19. Halliday, Scougall, Easton and Obileye. They're not the most inspiring rumours at the moment.
  20. Miovski's a much player than Bair. He looks like he chucked it after January this season but still turns up against the Old Firm to keep himself in the shop window.
  21. According to Weir we are at roughly 50% of Turnover for player wages so around £3m. We have another £2m in non playing wages. So it's around £58,000 per week on player wages. It's pretty obvious who is being unrealistic here. As far as us having the 3rd lowest wage bill it's doesn't seem likely. Ross County, St Mirren and Killie have both reported lower wage bills than in the last set of accounts. Livi and St Johnstone don't publish full accounts but will be lower.
  22. Levelling the pitch and adapting the East Stand to the new height were the expensive outlays. We earned it. Then we spent it. The alternative would be sitting in a relegation battle with a pile of money in the bank and not touching it for no reason at all other than some people don't like seeing an annual loss.
  23. Safety certificates meant we had to level the pitch? Further SPFL sanctions when we haven't been sanctioned for the pitch since 2010? Are you sure about that? I don't understand where you are coming from at all with concerning the losses. We make a profit one season. The money is in our bank account and we spend it. It shows up as loss the next season. It's totally normal. You seem to be suggesting that we should never spend more than we earn in any 12 month accounting period regardless of the cash in the bank which is a fairly mental way to budget for anything. The 12 month period is totally arbitrary, it's not the be all and end.
  24. Because McMahon and Weir don't like the look of the new Society board.
