Never exactly agree with macas usual style post but I don't get why so many are shooting him down for showing what the top will look like with the sponsor. If UBH posted it nobody would say anything.

bugger it... put the sponsor on UBH's design last night to see what it'd look like with a sponsor... wasn't gonna post it but getting bored waiting on an announcement so here...

Is it just me or is this exactly it? Looking at this and one the club posted up, I can't see any differences.

I quite like the home kit. Good to see claret shorts again, not a fan of the white shorts. Was hoping for a claret away strip mind you.

Honking , don't like the white detail round the collar of the home strip . Macron at the collar of the away strip is horrible .

actually like both strips... might buy them as its the first one that has really impressed me for the last few years! Liking the "STEELMEN" on the back of the collar too. Material looks good too. Genuinely impressed with this years strip!

Home is basically not bad at all - wee bit too much superfluous trim but other than that no complains.

 

Away strip I'm not too sure about to be honest.

Home one is decent. Would have it with white shorts though. Away im undecided. Expected a lot worse to be honest.

I just don't like the macron bit right on the collar, the rest of it is fine, big handsome makes anything look good right enough.

Like them both. Yeah there are tweaks I would perhaps have liked to have seen but we know what the drill is by now in terms of templates.

 

Both improvements on this year's efforts for me.

On first impressions I am very impressed with the home kit but not so the away one as the claret & amber blocks ruin it.

 

The home kit is very nice though. Amber top with claret shorts, the way a Motherwell home strip should be. The only question is of course, is that a band or a hoop?

UBHs 'guess' from last night is a bit too close to the reality to be a coincidence. Pretty poor to be fair.

Both sides of the collar on the away should have been claret with the amber Macron in the middle. Apart from that, they are both OK.

 

Even if they were brilliant, I'm too old to be wearing them and won't be taking them on holiday

Was hoping for more. The mock up away top on here was a belter whereas the real one - the collar makes me dizzy. A fashion faux pa.

 

I will opt for the home one which is a good effort and better than last year

Got to agree, home strip is very nice but that away strip is horrible. What the heck made them vandalise the collar like that. Like something a 3 year old at nursery would make out of scrap patches
