Contrary to other posters I'm not sure what McHugh offers apart from 5 yard square passes. Maybe we will see against better opposition.

As long as he is in space, and making himself available, then that is how Paul Lambert got himself a EC winners medal.

What was the issue with the visibility, I was in the small stand so no issues for me.

Nothing major, just the sightlines of the goal from behind the goal weren't the greatest. A view of the goals we were attacking in the second half...

What do you mean?

Like last week we seemed to have missed a barrowload. Still we won!

Felt with a better final pass and better decision making we could've had the game win by halftime, the "professionalism" part was probably a tad harsh.

Thanks. Just watched the limited highlights and you're probably right in your assessment. We seem to have played some decent football with perhaps the final pass/shot just not quite right. The goal that we lost was disappointing as we seem to have been outnumbered on our right flank.

Pretty comfortable victory. Result was never really in any doubt and the performance was solid if unspectacular. Night and day compared to East Fife last year in what was a pretty similar type of fixture, away to lower league opposition on a plastic pitch.

Great away day though. Carlisle was pretty decent as was The Shed in Annan. Felt like a wee bit of an adventure. Loving the Jacob Blyth song. Hope he gets a few starts as it could have mileage....

Only heard a song about Richard Tait . What was the Blyth one?

Jacob Blyth is magic, he wears a magic hat.

He used to play for Leicester but he didn't fancy that.

Cause Vardy's overrated and Mahrez isn't great.

He wants to player for Motherwell cause we've got Richard Tait.

Jacob Blythe is injured,

We've hardly seen him yet.

And if he was a horse we'd have already phoned a vet.

McGhee said when he got here,

he was struggling to run,

But he's a big old unit so the vet will need a gun.
