However the only options I can see are collection from Fir Park, post out, or get a digital version. I phoned last year - mainly because I had just broken my leg and couldn't physically get to Fir Park -(I'm a student and they need to see proof of that but they let me email it in) they renewed my card and it only took a few minutes.
