This time of yeat is always the best, when you can sit out in the sun with a beer and imagine that we might have a good season in store.

Wine - and it's cheaper here in the wetherspoon than it is at home -  (if you buy two glasses), no min pricing, not that I would ever do that

Not me. Never (she lied)

I do feel good about the season ahead

Funny enough I ended up in Wetherspoons today, days off.  but was the one in Motherwell of course 🤣

It took me back to 2005 for some reason. The old place hasn't changed at all but the reason I say 2005 is I got in some disagreement with a guy about Gerry Britton for some reason after he signed lol . I was giving him the benefit of the doubt of course

That was a short lived one looking back now 😄

Back in the pub (in Ryde in the Isle of Wight). I usually stay in Shanklin which is beautiful but theres two pubs - one used to be a spoons but it's a Greene King, absolutely stunning pub but the wine is twice the price of spoons - sacrilege!!!

The funniest conversation I've ever had in the Isle of Wight was in a Londis shop where the guy behind the counter told me that Dave Gahan from Depeche Modes mum lives on the island and he comes over to see her from America - and cuts her grass. (for some reason I found that hilarious)

Sorry to all the young people on here who don't know who Depeche Mode are. (I love Dave Gahan).

I think most folk would like me to take a sabbatical so they can......enjoy the silence! 🤪

It’s a yes from me, light/sky blue kits always look good, I suppose we have a blue connection from our original colours, more so blue than the vivid yellow and black abominations we’ve hawked in years gone by.

Vaguely reminiscent of the pattern on our 1991 kit.

Thats very nice.

Wouldnt be upset with that at all.

Petrol blue would probably be more in keeping with our previous efforts, but not sure how historically accurate they really were.

Off course the sponsor is gonna spoil it anyway, so........😆😆😆
