So basically once i bought them I would then get all the tickets sent to my Hampden app and I then transfer them to each person? Yep, but tickets won't appear in your Hampden app until a week before the game but the club send you a confirmation email as soon as you've bought the tickets

I've still to take the plunge and get mine. The world really has changed since our last visit to the national stadium.

I used a transfer ticket for the Scotland game last night and had no issues. Even the scanners were straightforward and user friendly. Took seconds to get in. Easy. Just remember the QR code will not activate until the morning of the game but the ticket will show up in the App well before that. You'll know when the code is active because a wee line continually circles it. Proves it is the original, valid code and not a copy. You can transfer a ticket before the code is active. I have one sitting waiting on activation on Sunday morning.

Might be the St Mirren fans that panic. The fear being that he cracks a few jokes to keep them entertained.

twistandshout1983
Tam Cowan on BBC Scotland just now talking about the ticket fiasco , Hampden app etc I Must admit even in this day in age someone should be able to walk up to the ticket office and purchase a paper ticket The whole online thing is one thing , but there are people in this country who have never been online in their life , and might not be able to rely on someone getting them a ticket , so decide against going
stv
The bosses at Hampden live in a totally different dimension to the rest of us. Not in touch with the real world , never had to que for a ticket or to get into a game for decades if ever. Corporate meetings and freebee trips is the norm. Much like it has always been for the top table in our game.

But there should always be an option to to pay cash and get a physical ticket. Not just at the fitba either.

Absolutely, my old man RIP who would have been 80 now if still here , and my uncle who is now 85 and has been going to Fir Park for 70 years roughly but not at many games now would have been queuing up at the ticket office previously This digital era we live in can be a pain for some folk , it is not going away now though of course

Been there got the t-shirt, nearly dry noo.

Not a happy day I lived in North Yorkshire at the time and drove up specially for the game with a couple of English mates who I had "persuaded" to make the 'Well their Scottish team. The drive home was about 3 hours and we were still soaking wet when we got out the car at the other end.
Wellfan91
Only Motherwell could make general allocation better than season ticket holders! Logged in at 10am last Thursday and could only get I5 or behind the goals. Logged in at 9am today and sections D were available on other side of pitch. weeyin
It's Motherwell vs St Mirren. I imagine you'll get the ticket you want a couple of days before kick off.

Club will have been told which sections to release and when.
Richie
Had a look on St Mirren site and looks like they don't even have the option of the map to select seats. Not a ST holder, so got mine this morning, but can understand people being pissed that they can't select seats they want, especially if the other stands aren't going to sell out anyway. Looks like initital South Stand allocation is sold out (likely because it was one of the few initial options) and F1 only has about 16 left. weeyin
Isn't that how Hampden normally allocates tickets? By releasing new blocks only after the initial ones are sold out?
