  1. Past hour
  2. I think we all know the answer to that. Clarke is a fud.
  3. Feio in one of the shitty papers stating hes open to a move abroad, that rules him out for me, as it looks a lot more like getting his name out there than anything.
  4. Don’t want to put a dampener on tthe speculation but is it possible that his contract with us includes a sell on price that allows Eli to decide where he goes if it’s met? Hope not. 🤞 PS He also has a brilliant attitude. When deliberately fouled he just gets up and gets on with the game. And he even accepts offender’s apology without recrimination.
  5. Interesting to consider, if Just was Scottish would he have made it into the current Scotland squad? On merit obviously yes but would Clarke have picked him?
  6. If, as has been reported, we’re holding out for circa £5m for Maswanhise, then I’d think we’d be looking for similar if not more for Just.
  7. He's linking up really well with Chris Wood - an established English Premier League striker - and not looking at all out of place, so I really do feel that he can cut it at that level.
  8. Too good for Celtic this boy, he is going to bigger and better things Sutton probably knows this himself
  9. Today
  10. I know we are all sort of half joking with price tags etc but these 2 goals of his and his general performance albeit against Iran, are absolutely huge for him and us. he’s tied to us for another year so another performance like that from him and the additional spotlight, we will be talking millions. Considering where we got him from it’s utterly incredible. Clearly I’d love to see him stay but we can’t turn down a £5m bid? Which is a possibility following the WC. I do like how he’s also priced himself out of the old firm budget now so a move to club in a much better league is within reach. I think he’d do really well in a league like Spain or Portugal
  11. Chris Sutton mentioned that in the match commentary " another couple of zero's on his price tag" was the phrase used. 😁
  12. Or the 3.10.....3.40....4.10....🤣🤣
  13. I think that’s definitely journo nonsense. If there is a chance for Celtic to make money they’d do it. i think it was more that he had 2yrs to run on a contract and getting £10k a week. The likelihood any bids coming in would be from Scottish teams and he wanted to leave Scotland. Celtic probably weighed up how much it’d cost them to pay him and farm him out on loan and the fact their fans think he’s rubbish anyway that they decided to cut him free.
  14. More likely they’re happy to get 500k off their wage bill
  15. The story was they agreed to cancel his contract as a favour because he had helped Celtic win the league. Could be absolute journo nonsense of course, but makes marginally more sense than the tightest team in the league letting him go for free.
  16. Hopefully, we've still got Alexander's tombola in a cupboard, if need be.
  17. By drawing his name out from one of the bowls?
  18. 2 very good goals from Just Pricetag has just went up for sure
  19. Suspect Just and the Club have bigger fish to fry than Celtic now.
  20. Maybe he'll be unveiled at the draw.
  21. If they'd actually sold Welsh, they might have had some money to spend. I'm still baffled by that one.
  22. 1pm for the Conference League draw tomorrow.
  23. Maybe its all tied up bar the shouting or the presser has already been recorded.
  24. Aye, an extra £11.99 on Sellick's offer.
  25. I'd already resigned myself to waving Eli off this summer, and those goals probably make it a certainty. As long as he's not leaving on the 240, good luck to him.
  26. I’d have thought that the chairman and others would be off to the conference league draw so it seems a strange time to announce the new manager unless they’re doing it before they leave
