I saw him at my gym earlier this year on a Monday after a game on the Sunday. Clearly it was his day off but he was battering it on the treadmill for about an hour. i have to say with me coming from an era of players going to the pub or bookies on their day off, I was impressed

Thats as strong a team as we have at the moment . RCC is certainly more effective and match ready than JT. I feel for JT , he missed preseason and has been thrown in for 15 mins the 2x full games .
